Yup, no referrals. It's sort of a give and take. We actually do not pay any premiums. (DH is a teamster, and it's in their contract) they seem to take a loooooonnnnggg time to pay, but we can go to any specialist in the plan without a referral.

I think it will be a better night. He has a bit of a temp right now, around 100, so I think I will dose him up with some Motrin as well as the Augmentin tonight.

Oh man...my two always had "leaky bubbles" too! It does get better though. I remember my ped. assuring me during one particularly BAD week when I was seeing him for the THIRD time that the day would come when I would forget what he looked like! I doubted it then but, sure enough, it happened!

I'm not sure why I am even surprised. My mom keeps telling me about payback, and the fact that it is ...

I was the poster child for bad ears. Mastoid surgery at 4 months, tubes tubes tubes more often than you could count. Pnumonia every winter. Youngest person in the state of Massachusetts to ever receive allergy injections, and on and on and on and on...

So he is following in Momma's footsteps. And you're right Jodie, this too shall pass. It's just soo hard seeing them all punky and miserable.

Hey Ya Yas!! Just a short visit before we have family movie downstairs. We have a layer of ice everywhere. DH and I were going to see a movie tonight as a belated Valentines Day celebration because he got home around 11 last night but saw how bac it was going to be so we rented a movie. I have a lot of catcing up to do. How is everyone doing?

Sub job is over. Guess I will be having symptoms of withdrawal starting on Tuesday. Will miss the everyday contact with the kids but I will be seeing whenever I am subbing at the school.

Did you have ice this morning also? We did. The morning was awful but mid day it was better. Now it is downright bad.

Funny little story to share.

We took our Shih Tzu to be groomed today. Steve let her go to potty before entering the shop. The groomer came out to get Princess and she noticed that her underside/belly was wet. She called our little dog a "low rider"

We have been laughing our butts off all during the day. Poor Princess has a new nickname.
