I think he must've had the thing set to shoot 2 or 3 frames per second or something... he'd go through a roll in just one qualifying heat! ....Oh, and the laughter you might be hearing, is more than likely adrenaline. Watching three days of those races has a way of getting under your skin... hard to come down from. I close my eyes and see them... GOING FAST, TURNING LEFT, GOING FAST, TURNING LEFT.....

Hi all! Okay you have to give me the low down on the story thread... what happened there? I haven't looked at it since the last time I posted on it.

Jodie, I forgot to say how sorry I was for your GS's Grandfather I hope that today goes as best as possible. So very sad even when expected.

Yep Kim, I go to the doctor today. I hate doctors and loathe needles so I really am not looking forward to this one at all. Oh and glad you had a great time!!! Even though you were missed, I am glad you got the chance to watch him skate in person! Not something everyone gets to do!!!

I think the "bad" stuff happened before you posted. It kept taking off in a "gray" area! I don't think anyone got into any trouble - but I had to keep hitting the back button so I wouldn't post anything to get into hot water with the mods!

Just take a nice deep breath when they take the blood.... it'll be over before you know it. Thankfully needles don't bother me too much... had so much stuff done over the years, it doesn't really seem to phase me anymore... what does flip me out is that sonic thingy the dentists use to clean your teeth, so believe me, I understand your apprehension....that device literally makes me cry... weirdest thing!

....and you're right.... seeing the Short Track this weekend was definitely a tremendous thrill!! What they do out there is really truly amazing to watch!! Their strength, endurance, balance, etc... is incredible! It's so graceful yet so powerful all at once. I'm hooked....and so is Tom.
