Trio of Sorbets

:scared1: {Where is my note pad...riffling through my computer bag, pulling out my hair! Where is my note pad...}:scared1:

OK....so....yes, the palate cleanser, "looks" like....:rotfl2:
strawberry (I am sure probably Plant City Strawberries cause they be in season right now), lemon and uhm....:confused3 blackberry maybe?:confused3 Topped with a dried piece of basil...very interesting garnish and I ate it too!

Gosh, I am failing miseribly here....pressure is on and Mister Disney stumbles at the plate....

Mark escorted us to our table by the window, the same one we had for my celebration in September, the one where you can see the fireworks over at Epcot’s Illuminations. A beautiful young woman immediately arrived at our table and was introduced to us by Mark. In all of her humility, Yun said it was with great anticipation that she looked forward to taking care of our every need this evening.
I was HAPPY!

OK ... so we're back to the Cast Members who are putting this Celebration together. You see, there's a whole lot more to Celebrating than just eating the marvelous food that's put in front of us ... and of course walking/waddling it off.

I've already mentioned that Mark introduced us to Yun. Yun is an absolutely fabulous person. She joined the Yachtsman from Artists Point within the past year and brought with her all of her knowledge as well as Charm and Grace. Knowling that it was our evening of Celebration, she stayed quietly in the background with total attention on anything and everything taking place at our table. If a plate was empty, it was cleared. If the water went down in the glass, fresh Pelligrino was poured. No detail was missed.

In fact ... Yun's attention to detail can be seen in almost EVERY picture we took this night. No ... not the wonderful sauces ... not even the perfect plating or presentations. Looking very closely .... closer ... OK ... get your nose off your monitor :rotfl2: ... I'll give you a hint.

See it?

Yup, the spoon ... the EXTRA SPOON!

Seems that in all of our excitement we spilled on the perfectly laundered table cloth before we could even take the first picture! SLOBS!

But, not to worry ... Yun told Mister Disney to wait before he took the picture ... she placed a spoon over the spill and then turned to Mister Disney and said "Now take the picture."
Picture Perfect!

SEE .... MORE SPOONS!

OK ... OK ... so this is a food review ...

While Mister Disney stumbles at the Plate ... ask him about his new-found interest in Baseball ... Let's meet a couple of the other people who have pulled off this wonderful meal.

The second course was brought over to us by Chefs Gregg and Mark. Remember we had seen them when we stopped in over the weekend. They had (along with Chef Al) greeted us then with great excited, telling us how much they were looking forward to this night. When they appeared at the table tonight, they were very proper and stoic.

We on the other hand were already disarmed ... be it the cocktails or Yun's spoons, we were totally relaxed. It was with great pride that Chefs Gregg and Mark placed their latest creation in front of us! As with the Chilled Seafood Salad they created last year, they waited word on our approval!:wizard:

Hello Mr. Disney & Kevin -

Each a unique experience ... the Lemon Basil was my favorite, but nothing compared to last year's Pineapple Sorbet served with Grey Goose Vodka. I've had Peking Duck before ... but a Grey Goose wins out every time! :rotfl2:

Kevin - when are you celebrating your birthday at WDW this year???

Kevin - when are you celebrating your birthday at WDW this year???

We're still up in the air as to when we're going to actually celebrate. My work load is pretty rigid in the Fall, so it's a case of when I can negotiate time off.
