Don't know who asked what we are all doing this weekend but here is my itenerary.......

Saturday morning 6:10 AM Chaperone the Chorus bus to go to contest.

Saturday 3:00 PM Work on decorations for After Prom. We are decorating the boy's bathroom again. Would anyone like to know how it was decorated last year and how we are going to top it this year????????

I still have yearbook on the brain. I did the dumbest thing. I had the best opportunity for awesome yearbook pics and I blew it. A little history... our first grade has a little teddy bear as their mascot. This bear travels with families from our school all over the world. He's been around for years and has been all over the world.... Scotland, France, Haiti, Hawaii, just about every state in the country, DISNEYWORLD with us in 2000... well... I didn't even THINK to take him to Salt Lake with us last month!!! Can you imagine the excellent.... heh heh heh... pics I could've gotten?!?! Man!!! I had so many opportunities where I could've walked up to any of the guys at any time and asked for a pic with our bear. What a good excuse it would've been too!!! Geesh... I could've had Apolo in our yearbook!!! *Kim walks away slapping herself silly*

I gave up on trying to catch up... there were 12 pages to catch up on. Forget that!

Yep Bonnie and I are going to spend some money And I have some to spend!!!! Instead of a raise this year I got a bonus. No biggie really. A raise would have meant I would not have been able to get ANYTHING next year unless they moved me to the "correct" level for my pay. In short I make too much (and I sure as heck do!!) but at leat I got a bonus

Thanks all, it was a performance review of sorts and some got raises and some got bonuses. I did okay and feel fine with what happened. I know someone at work was po'd but heck, I think she probably got what she deserved.

I probably won't buy anything too exciting. I do need clothes though. We were so tight after Luis was laid off that I didn't buy anything for long periods of time and kind of just forgot about it until recently. I already bought one pair of pants so I am happy. Being a short "not so skinny" gal, it is really hard to find pants so I am happy I found one pair that was okay.

Long Post Warning!!!!! Don't read Shep

After Prom is done by parents to promote a safe, alcohol and drug free environment. We decorate a wing at school and have food, games, movies, and entertainment. It is from 12-5 in the AM. Last years theme was Movies. We had a red carpet at the prom with a Joan and Melissa Rivers like people interviewing and videotaping the couples as they entered the prom. The school had a red carpet entrance with a spotlight going and Oscar statues lining the walkway......The theme was movies. We had a Wedding Singer room that had kareoke, a the video of the kids arriving at prom playing on the screen in the auditorium, the girls bathroom was Legally Blonde, complete with pink rugs....but our specialty was the Boy's bathroom...Remember the Titans When you entered the bathroom you entered the stadium, we had astroturf on the floor, painted fans in the stands on the wall, the stalls were decorated as lockers (complete with hanging equipment) and for the urinals we had........are you ready for this.....A Goal Post for each urinal(made out of PVC pipe) We also had a football ice sculpture in each urinal. It was great.....

This year's theme is Songs. My idea was Pinball Wizard . Do you get the WIZ..........ARD? Oh well, my sense of humor is kind of raw. Anyway, we are decorating the bathroom this year to look like you are in the pinball machine. We are using black paper on the walls with neon Sayings, complete with black lights and we also have some strobes for the bumpers(under the sinks) We are also using foil paper for reflection......Did I mention we have rented a pin ball machine to be placed in the bathroom....? We are going to put bullseyes in the urinals this year for target practice but we haven't figured out how to decorate the two stalls...........

I need some suggestions......Any potty humor??????

LOL!! I am amusing myself over here!!! Could you rig up lights that would flash when the potty was...um..."used"? So they walk into the door which is a "flipper" and lights flash and bells ring when the "flipper" flips...something...into the winning potty!!! Ohhh man....I could have fun decorating for THIS post prom party!!!!
