Not sure what is for dinner here either. Bubble Boy has requested an Eggo (it's his big time comfort food) DH is out changing the oil in the cars, and then is going to try and wash them, as there is about an inch of road salt on them.

Actually Bonnie, I LOVE lima beans (GP will put me in the penalty box with dorkboy... ). I looooooove veggies. Can't really think of too many I don't like.

Nancy, that picture of the kitchen you posted..........oh, I don't think I would ever leave the kitchen if I had one like that (don't worry, I'd make sure I had a nice rug in there somewhere ).....ummm, as I was saying....I would find any excuse to cook or bake with a kitchen like that.

Actually I tried to find a kitchen I wanted to stay in for the duration of the ranch stay I like it too.
I'm not much of a fan of ranches..........so this way I'll keep busy and you all can have yummy food......stick-to-the-ribs AND some light and tasty too.
Oh...and I MUST bake!! That's my passion!

Yep....Karen, I would rather be too cold. I had to go put my slippies on...my feet are freezing.

I actually just got the actual components for the real dinner put together...chicken fajita roll-ups (Applebee clone). chicken is marinating....pico de gallo is sitting and sauce is whipped up. I hope it taste as good as it looks.

Not sure how much Im going to be on tonight because Im serverly sick with my stomach. Ive taken two anti nausea pills and my stomach meds and nothing is helping. At least my jaw seems to have gone back into place and my ear stopped hurting. I swear Im only 40 but there are times, like this week, that I feel 90.

Went to town... had the bangs trimmed and cut a little... heavier. I'm loving the bang thang... I should've done it ages ago.

Talked to Shirley on the phone for awhile.... HI SHIRLEY!! Well... I tried, but Tom and my ILs kept talking to me about some nonsense about some pictures they were looking at.... Elaine... now you know why I'm so warped, my inlaws have corrupted me.

Karen, I'll trade you houses. I grew up in an area with high heat and high humidity and I'm acclimated. I can't get used to this cold. It's giving me a bad case of the blues because back home even in the winter, I could just throw on a coat and go walking in the woods. Here, I can't hardly go to the mailbox without frostbite somedays! Well, that was a bit of an exageration, but you know what I mean...

Bonnie how I wish I could give you a break from the cold and switch places with you for awhile. Ive been down here 30 years and Im still not acclimated to the heat. For the most part I like living down here but this type of heat this early in the year is hard to take. We normally dont get this hot until June. Its gonna be a LONG summer I fear.

Okay where do you all want to go in Brads/Kama's car???
