Hey, that's a good one! I gotta remember that!! When I can't use the Vicodin as an excuse anymore, I'll switch to spasms... yeah... that'll work.

Yep they Make excercise DVD's!! I have a pilates one which is HARD!!!! and the one I got today. I have lots of Muffins since I made 2 dozen for DH to take to work tomorrow and I am just putting a nice white layer cake in the oven

No, Kim, I was not pushed off the train---at least not physically. Marilyn suggested I go for a little stroll and stretch my legs since I'd been up on the swing for so long. I bet she's the one who told the engineer to floor it once I was out of sight!
