Hi gang,

I have something to tell everyone, but I'm not sure how some people will take it. I'm hoping well, but if I upset or offend anyone please let me know.

As you all know I'm single, haven't been able to get a date in 2 years (the 3 yo might have something to do with it)! Anyway, I don't want Jarrod to be an only child and I don't want to wait until I find Prince Charming to add to my family. Anyway, 2 months ago I went to my specialist, whom I've been seeing for many years, and had my physical so that I could try and get pregnant again. Two weeks ago I had my IUI and I got the official word a few minutes ago that I am indeed pregnant with my second baby!!! I'm very excited about this, as this has been something I have wanted for a very long time, but couldn't do because of my situation. However, now I am almost done with grad school (will waddle across the graduation stage) and I'm probably not going to stay with my second job for much after Christmas ( I will tell them when I let them know that I'm not just getting fat)

Anyway, I'm not telling many people in my rl just yet. Only the people I'm closest too, and I'm about to bust. So I had to come here and share this news with you all too.

So please if I have offended anyone with my announcement or my choices in life I will not be offended and I will remove myself from the group. However, I feel like you all are an open minded group and can deal with someone who has a different perspective on life!! Now, if my Prince Charming comes along now, well he gets two for hte price of one!!

I think it is awesome. Sometimes life doesnt work out like we expect, or hope it will and its great when people make the best of it. Sure you'd like an SO but since thats not in the cards right now I think it is great you are going ahead with your dreams.
Looking back on my first marriage--I think I would have just rather had the 2 kids like you and NOT the ex, lol. If you try to remove your self from our group I'll to come over and slap you, lol. J/k I wont beat you up til after the baby pops out. So tell us when you are due?? Congrats again on wonderful news!!

I just worry sometimes about people and I don't want to offend anyone!
I have only recieved the blood test from the specialist, and not my ob/gyn. But it looks like the end of June. Right now I'm considered 5 weeks (they sure do count funny!!) Anyway, I'm so excited I can't see straight. I'm ready to go shopping. I keep thinking that I want to go buy some new maternity clothes, even though I have a ton from the last time.

Jarrod has been running around for weeks saying he is getting a sister. So maybe he knows something the rest of us don't. BTW he doesn't know anything about this. He only knows that mommy is making more stops at the potty than he does!!!

Congratulations, Tara! That is wonderful news!!

Been a cleaning fool all day today. Having a small party tomorrow night after trick-or-treating for DS. He is 10 tomorrow. Also having a party for friends at SkateWorld Saturday morning, and our friends and there kids are coming back here to hang out all day.

It is a BEAUTIFUL day here today. A perfect night for trick-or-treating. We are going tonight around my mom's neighborhood, and tomorrow around our neighborhood. We're going to have TONS of candy!
