I feel like I'm gonna E-X-P-L-O-D-E!!! I just finished the MOST DELICIOUS Angus Steak smothered in mushrooms and sundreid tomatoes, accompanied by julienne veggies saute`d in the au jus gravy from the steak.....MOOOO!! I feel like a cow!! (but it was SOOOOO worth it!) Thank goodness this isn't the "Diet Clinic" anymore!

Kimmar - My guys went last night with some friends. I haven't done fright fest yet. Don't think the 2 little guys would like it.

Had a very football day. Made a big beef stew with carrots and potatoes, chocolate chip cookies, and halloween cookies. Whew, I'm beat tired and the time change is throwing me for a loop today.
