Wheeeeeee!!! Dave just stopped by the office to visit and he had a BOX with him!!! Betcha can't guess what was in the box??!!!! Dizzy Duck!!!!!! And they had to take the galoshes off the display model for her! Smart man, too, he KNOWS how important a good wardrobe is for any girl, so he got her a spare t-shirt (the Chicks Rule one, cuz he liked it) and a pair of sneakers (for dry weather, of course). I loved the Sketchers with the backstrap we saw online, but he found sneaks that light up!!!! What a PRINCE!!!! I'll have him get a pic of her and post it.

I see Kimmie stopped in, true to form, at the very MENTION of ham!! Playing in the woodshed?! Isn't it dark out there?

Awww, I'm sure mom was just trying to ease Amanada's stress and didn't mean to hurt her feelings. YAY!! Dad's coming home today!!!!

Kristy, I used to love Lane Bryant, but got bummed out in recent years. I still shop out of the catalog sometimes, but the stores never seem to have anything for me anymore. Too much polyester and not enuff tall sizes in the pants.

Billing is done, just gotta stuff the envelopes! Hope the mailman doesn't get here till I'm done!! C-ya!!!

Kristy....no card at Lane Bryant. I haven't been shopping there in years I actually hate shopping for clothes (believe it or not ).
But I need some.....so I will be checking them out next week.
I like Mervyns and Fashion Bug too.
We'll see if I can actually find anything I like.....and that likes me

Ahhh Beth...yes..Lane Bryant went down the tubes about 2 years ago..but they've gotten better this year with more career wear and non urban outfits. I'm a petite..so I don't have the problem of finding stuff(most of the time). I LOVE their stretch jeans..got a pair on right now
Nancy...if you go shopping...go online first at lanebryant.com and sign up for their mailing discounts...that how I get the $50 off a $150 order or $25 off $75. We don't have Fashion Bugs down here anymore...I liked all the stuff they had though..hmm..have to go look now to see if they're online.

Nancy, I do enjoy "shopping" like that... kind of just wandering and walking around... looking at people is fun. That's not really shopping to me as much as just wandering & people watching Still tons of fun for me.

You know Bethie, you could always just drive out and visit family out here I know it takes too long I am still totally floored by the prices!! Luis had direct fligths to & from Reagan Nat'l for less than $200 last December!

Oh and Kristy... I don't have the tickets yet... they won't be on sale for another month. It's a smaller venue though (10K instead of 22K) and it is set up for concerts so people can be closer no matter what. So I hope to have better luck there than I did for the one I went to. I wish I knew how to get really close seats though!!! Oh and get thee to Walmart to buy the single

I am so excited. I was on that phone so fast making reservations. We are staying at the Disneyland Hotel. Has anyone stayed there before???

Hi there YaYas! Everyone seems busy for sure. We have snow! Rain/snow warnings for tomorrow a.m. drive time. Yuk with that.

I wanna see Clay at OSF. One of the best concerts I went to in "my day" was at OSF to see The Beach Boys. (Shut up about how long ago that was.) Whoa Beth, that is an amazing $$$$! Sorry about that.
