Not sure about the Xanax and blood donation. You'd have to call the blood bank. I remembered that antibiotics are a problem because so many people have allergies. I took care of someone once who got blood and had a severe reaction to it because the donor had eaten seafood the day before and the recipient was allergic to seafood. It's amazing what the human body reacts to.
