Evening all. DH went out to get a bottle of champane (sp?) JUST BECAUSE!!!! Have I mentioned I am married to a great guy!?!?!

My GScycles have thawed out nicely thank you and they sold plenty of cookies! I'm sure we could have sold more, but we decided it was too cold to stay out there. Thanks all for asking. I took a carafe of hot chocolate with me and we stayed toasty!

Ack!!! My last post took forever to post!! Hi Michele...good job on the charms....perfect for an 11 year old.

Hey Kim, funny you should ask about changing things.....I just told dh I wanted to color my hair....just for fun......something TOTALLY different. so.....anyone have any TEMPORARY coloring suggestions? Keep in mind I need to go back to the red I have grown to love.........

Hi, Jennifer! Glad to hear ya'll are thawing out and the cookie sales went well. I'm feeling much better today, thanks for asking. Found out part of the problem was squirrely hormones.....I think a nice glass of wine will take care of that just fine!!

Nancy, OMG!!! Bright blue??!!! Much as I love blue, that's too wild for me except on Halloween.

Personally, I've always wanted to try that really dark chestnut kind of color. You know, the super dark red that's almost dark brown? I have naturally blonde eyebrows and lashes though (more translucent than anything) and don't know if I could carry off a darker hair color. Hmmmm.......maybe we SHOULD plan on "doing" each other's hair at the meet this summer. We could all go home with makeovers!!

Beth, I went to italiancharms.com and went to the chat side to see if they were still doing the 14 free links. Well they weren't doing the links but they are doing the bubbles. So, I have 14 freee bubbles (can you say braclet for Rachel and Regans bdays?LOL). So with a $60 purchase you got them. Yippee!!

Nancy, those pictures you post are gorgeous. I was raised by a Dad who grew all kinds of flowers, had a greenhouse full of orchids, and crossbred orchids and roses. My grandfather's whole garden was a rose garden...stone pathways, trellises...ahhh, what great memories....thanks.

I HATE my threadmill.............it is such an effort to use. And I don't mean that in the way you think
It is an old manual one that is really hard to make move......so it isn't just going for a stroll (that's what I want).

My exercise bike is old too (see I had good intentions for YEARS!!).....it is also a lot of work. But I do ride it. Boring!! So loud I can't hear anything over it.

I do have a couple work out tapes I like, but I hate finding time to do them. But I do....soemtimes

Hehehe....I have a load of excuses

Let's go back to flowers.

Oh Marilyn.....after my father retired, he planted a whopper of a garden.
When my kids were little, they had to think of a way to distinguish which grandpa they were taking about so they were called "Garden" Grandpa and "Airplane" Grandpa (Dave's dad owned an airplane).
