The POR mattress is narrower and shorter than the mattress in a daybed at a deluxe resort. The dimensions are listed somewhere on the POR facts thread.

When the Dis made that huge change to their website a few years ago they added the ability to upload pictures from your computer or phone if they are small enough. You no longer need to use a host like Photobucket. You use the "upload a file" button next to the “post reply” button to upload your pictures. If you are adding a picture to a post that you are editing than you use the "more options" button to find the upload button.

Do you know what size is the limit for this? I never know what size to save my photos as. I am sure there is a sticky somewhere that tells me the info but I thought I would ask you.

I remember reading at least one of your other TRs when your kids were much smaller. It is amazing to see how much they have grown. I loved the photos of your boys before their haircuts and then after - especially your son's cheesy grin. The photo just seems to capture his playful mood.

My Nephew was shot and killed over the weekend. My younger sister's (Kelly) oldest Son Michael.

Please keep them in your prayers thoughts whatever you believe in - My sister needs it along with my other nephew and nieces.

My heart aches for you, your sister and your entire family. I am sending prayers of comfort for you all.

When I get a question like this that I don't know the answer to then I will experiment and see what happens. Then I will make it sound like I knew the answer all along.

This is the lovely Bay Lake as viewed from Geyser Point at Wilderness Lodge. I renamed the file and moved the picture after I uploaded the file and it is still showing up on the Dis. If you right click on a picture and go to "view image info", you will see that it is uploaded to the Disboards.

I know you know your stuff. So i pretty much will believe anything.. LOL

You made my life a lot easier with these dang photos

What????? I didn't know this was started! I knew you had to cancel your September trip, but didn't know you rescheduled! We'll be there in March for the beginning of F&G. I can't wait to see it either!

And POR! You know we love it. CBR is our favorite, but they're refurbing it in March we we'll be at POR in March! Yay!

I'm back on the DIS. I've even updated my TR a couple times. CAn you believe it? I've just been using Flickr. I'm not so picky about my pictures though. I take them and slap them on my TR. I'm lazy. So, it's working for me in that respect. No way was I shelling out $400 to Photobucket. I need that money for Disney!

Anyway, glad you have a new trip on the horizon! I'll be following along!

They are growing up so fast!
I used photobucket years ago but over the past few years I just have used a blog- if i have blogged the photos on one of my personal blogs I use those... if it is pictures I don't have blogged or don't plan on blogging I use a private one that I use just to post pictures on because then all I have to do is right click the picture I want to use in the published post and hit copy image location and then copy it and paste it onto here- voila done.

The upload from the computer is making my life so so much easier!

Okay, so I tried to put in the quotes and it keeps telling me not found.
No pictures of the puppy parade. It was so cute though. Disney did take very good care of us.
Yes, Steve is the same as The Day of Steve. He has a blue heeler/jack Russell mix, her name is Cally. She is all white with black ears. I can't find a picture of her, but I know I have some.

So for my surprise news - We had originally planned to go to Disney in April - over the Star Wars Dark Side race and Dapper Day. Well when I looked at airfare it was ridiculous and I couldn't get the times I wanted without having to fly all over the country. So I've been trying to get Copper Creek, but its been nearly impossible, so I just went ahead and cancelled my April trip and booked in May - believe it or not, we arrive on the 6th. Staying at Animal Kingdom. Honestly, I didn't remember when you said you were going, but to my pleasant surprise, it will be the same week. Plane fare is booked too.

I think that is why they are allowing dogs in the resorts now??

I wanted to lump all these posts together. I appreciate all the kind words I love you all and want to hug you all for the prayers and well wishes. I don't think i can reply to each of you otherwise i would just start crying all over again.

HELLO EVERYONE!

I am BACK! no more bad ju ju here please i have had about enough of bad ju ju.. So i come here to get HAPPY and talk read all the good things that Disney does! RIGHT?

First I had a little secret.. We weren't just taking one trip in 2018

BUT TWO!

That's right!! May 2018 and a re-do of Sept 2018!
May just to get us there i can't take it anymore we haven't been in SO LONG the kids are miserable about it
Which is how this trip report came to be!
How cool is this???

Tom and I started talking about all the plans of next year and the kids 7th into 8th grade. How we need to get our behinds to Tenn and surrounding places to find a great place to live.
He doesn't get a ton of Vacation time like i do.
Which turned into exactly what are we doing next year.. And how?

I still have my lawsuit going on. It's going to take some time. Tom's nasty sister still hasn't given us the money for the house.

It's aggravating.

So Tom's idea--- We do Disney ONE BIG trip and then do our weekend vacations to look for a new home!

I haven't called yet. Plan on that for next week. and of course i read Tess is going in May on the same dates. Where i was changing May to go in Sept and wanted to see her..
My luck.

I don't have any details and won't until next week not even an idea on dates. Since Tom doesn't want the boys to miss too much of their last year of Bulldog football, we need to sit down and hash this out...

I am new to your PTR but a veteran of changing plans. I am a Chicago native with most of my family working/worked for the city. I now live on an island off the coast of Honduras. I can not believe I can picture a life with 3 13 years olds! My oldest is 13 and then I have 7 others -4 are our foster kids and therefore can not do Disney with the family , so I have my own crazy family. We are planning a May 2018 trip but went last is Sept 2016. I look forward to following along.

Amazing is a word for some days sure but it is a third world country so things like power and water are never a given on anyway. But amazing people and it is beautiful and of course no snow and ice and months of grey days of winter. The world does get smaller the older I get, I am convinced. I am not sure how but it is possible we know at least one of the same people. I mean is everyone is 6 degrees from Kevin Bacon and all....

Currently we have 9 kids under my roof plus 2 we fostered since babies that are no longer in my care but mine all the same. Only 4 came from my womb and then there are the 3 angel babies I have to wait to meet. Crazy I am! But like you said they make life perfect.
