Stay for a long time in WDW with some relaxation in between, or only a sufficient amount of time, with a lot of action?

(altho i doubt i really would, i would get there and make it a challenge to do x ride so many times, x number of parades, x restaurants, LOL )
i have always gone a week with 6 days in the park 7 nights. i would love to make it 9 or 10 nights.

Actually i've never been to either! Definitely planning to visit at least one of them at my next visit though! I'm going to go with Akershus, because I know they have or at least they used to have a Princess Breakfast which is awesome.
