Cinderellabration and although it was only for the chritmas parties the show they had in tommorrowland was bad also. I think they were trying to do the Night Before Christmas story.

Since "Tarzan" has finally CEASED to "Rock" and "Cinderellbration" is a short-timer (I hope)...

I'm pretty happy with what's left.
The "3 O'Clock MK Parade" ("What time does the 3 O'Clock parade start?") in MK is not my favorite, but can be fun for the first half-dozen viewings or so. :goodvibes

But I'm always looking to find the next BETTER show.
Hope what goes into DAK (likely, Nemo) is a good one!

Maybe it's just me but I didn't care for Pocohantos at AK at all. To "Mother Earth" for me. But we all have our own beliefs, I guess.

Spectromagic...I know, flame away. But so many of the floats seem to have nothing to do with Disney, or some relatively uknown part of Disney that young people have forgotten. Those dolls with the wild hair are creepy. The hippos, ostriches and Gargoyle just don't seem to fit. There is not enough of Classic or new Disney or the major characters to make it interesting. We've all agreed in my family that we won't sit through it again.

Worst show: Pocohantas

Worst parade: Mickey's Jammin' Jungle

Worst night entertainment: Fantasmic

Best show: Beauty, no Lion King, no - Beauty, no, aw, forget it

Best parade: Share a Dream Come True

Best Night: Spectro & Wishes

Completely agree! The animals come and go so quickly that it's diffucult to see them. I can barely keep up let alone my 2 and 4-year-olds!

Another vote for Pocohantos. Too preachy IMO

I think the worst was The Lion King - also, Beauty and the Beast USED to be good, but I saw it last summer and it has changed - They don't use the doves anymore at the end.

Spectromagic is GREAT - my all time favorite Disney parage. True that not ALL of the characters in it are "Disney" but not everything in Disney is from a specific movie.

We also LOVE Fantasmic! It's nice that the Villians get some recognition in the Disney shows - although when I see it sometimes I want the Villians to win :rotfl2:

Just my opinion.

Stage Show: I agree, Pocohantas was not great. But if by worse you mean the one I'd least enjoy sitting through a second time, it's Playhouse Disney Live. The best words I ever heard my DD utter were, "come on Dad, I'm too old for that" as we walked past Playhouse Disney.

Parade: This is tough. I love Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade at DAK. Stars and Motor Cars is neat and I like the variety of characters. That leaves Share A Dream, which I've seen the most, but still enjoy. If I had to skip one it would probably be Stars and Cars since it is the most difficult to fit in with all the shows.

I HATED Tarzan Rocks. I'm so glad that it's closing. I've never seen Pocahontas though, so maybe I have yet to see the worst ever. ;)

My favorite of all time was Hunchback. I'm so sad that they closed it. It was great!

I agree that Spectromagic was a BIG disappointment--too long of a wait in too many people for lighted floats to go by with little that resembles a Disney character on them. Didn't really care for the MNSSHP parade last year either.

Would the Tiki Birds thing be considered a show-booorrrrriiinnnggg!!

It should be said that the worst show/parade at Disney is still way better than shows/parades almost anywhere else.

That said, I completely agree with Playhouse Disney. I could not wait until our DD was not interested in that one. Just never could get into it and usually went shopping or rode ToT while DW (bless her!) and our DD went to Playhouse Disney.

As for the others, our least favorite is one that is no longer here. I better put on my flame retardant suit.........we just never got into Tapestry of Dreams parade at Epcot. Loved the music, didn't care for the parade or the way it completely blocked up WS for a period of time. Oh, well. Too each their own.

I found The Hunchback at MGM to be the worst for me.
The best I think is THe Lion King I also liked the The lion King that was in where Mickey's Philharmagic is.

From what I understand, the local hawks picked up on the dove release and were plucking them out of the sky for a quick and easy meal. Can you blame them for taking pity on the poor things??

REALLY??!!

I haven't been to WDW in many, many, many........years but I thought that this would be THE BEST show they offered. I think this might be the 1st bad review I've seen.

Not to sound snotty, but have you seen Fantasia? That's where the hippos, ostriches, and the Chernabog fit. It's classic Disney if I've ever seen it.

Now on the other hand...those clown thingys NEED TO GO!!! LOL!

Until next time,
John

The first time I saw those clown like things in SpectroMagic I was like what the? They creeped me out. Now I'm just used to them I guess. I LOVE all the nighttime shows. Fab. Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, love them too. They haven't used real doves for quite some time now. At least about 3 years now. Cinderellabration, not a big fan. Too "Miss America-ish" for me. Hunchback didn't really do anything for me either. LoL. I like the Tiki Room. I can skip the Share a Dream Come True parade. It's cute, but once was enough for me.vv :)
