Well how is everyone this morning ? We are already a month in to our healthy eating plans and everyone is doing well but I am sure everyones enthusiasm is waning :)

I am sure by using this thread we can all get our motivation back up to fever pitch again :)

Here is the results for the week - 22lbs

so our running total is 132 lbs which equals a woman in her 20s before childbirth :lmao:

My weight loss is 1lb am aim to do some exercise this week ;)
 
I have been sick as a dog for the past week, along with the rest of the family, with a bad cough and no appetite, so I'm down 3#. I'm staying hydrated but can't smell anything and that is playing into it. My 4yo DS and I were reading his collection of scratch and sniff books a couple of days ago, and we kept turning the pages saying, "Nope, still not working..." He thinks they're broken. :lmao: Thinking about making millions with the next new diet book craze- complete with a pair of nose plugs. ;)

Well, I went MIA towards diet for a week while in WDW... was planning on eating healthy, but that didn't really happen:confused3 so I gained back 6 lbs:confused: (darn Dinning Plan).. I did manage to go for a 2.5 mile morning run 3 mornings while we were there... and I have new goals for running that we set... running in the Everest 5k in Sept with DH and then I'm setting a goal for a 1/2 marathon in March of 09 with the Princess races:banana: DH doesn't think I can do it, so we'll see if I can prove him wrong. now we just have to come up with the $ to register for both races:scared1: (DH says "Why do they charge us so much money to go out and torture ourselves?" :rotfl: ) Anyway.. back to eating super healthy (Phase 1 for South Beach Diet people)for at least a week to get rid of all of this extra fluf I put on in 1 week at Disneypopcorn:: (darn Dolewhips for Bawb:hug: ) I also plan on adding a mile to my morning runs all week.. so instead of 3 miles I plan on doing 4 miles 3 times a week or more

Congrats to everyone who has lost this week... you guys are doing so great!!! Can't believe we've been doing this for a whole month!:banana:
 
I weighed in on Friday and fogot to post, so I'll just pick it up with this weeks numbers.

I reached one of my goals, to get under 200 lbs. Weighed in at 198.5 for a loss of 1.5 lbs last week. Tough weekend, but hopefully I keep it there for next weeks weigh in.
 

No change here. Again.

But this time I am happier about it. I was also at WDW last week so Dole Whips, walking and laundry once I got home was my week. I picked up a cold on the plane - or some kind of head congestion problem...I still can't hear properly. I am hoping to get the exercise back in stride, and snack healthier - I can do the proportions but not the TYPE of snack.
I think for me, progress will be spread out for these last 15 pounds - I swear it will be like trying to lose those last 5 pounds 3 times~ :rolleyes:

Either way - I can't get anywhere if I don't try!

Well, I was down 2lbs until all the piles of stuff I ate yesterday for mothers day :scared1:
So looks like I am down just 1.5 this week- but, hey, its at least down-

I lost 3 lbs this week. :) Not as great as my number last week, but a loss is a loss. :)
 
I'm down 1.5 lbs again this week and because of my yo-yo'ing I'm still 2 lbs away from my 50 lb goal. I'm going to try really hard to get there by the end of the month!

Not weighing until tomorrow I ate alot of salt yesterday. Everyone is doing great!!!
 
Good new and bad news this week. The good news is I didn't gain any weight but the bad news is I didn't lose any either - which considering I have been eating lots of bread the past week I am pretty lucky. (I think it the PMS. :eek: Thankfully I don't have any chocolate in the house.)
 
WOW that is great for a month. I hope I can keep this up until my trip. I want to thank everyone for the encouragement this month. I could not have done it alone!!!:thumbsup2
 
I have lost 3 lbs for a total loss of 11---would like to lose at least 10-15 more though.
 
Weigh in today... gained 1/2 pound, but I worked out a lot so I'm hoping it was muscle gain :-)
 
Another good week at WW, 2 more pounds gone. That takes me to a total of 13.4 lbs. Woo Hoo.

Not sure if I am posting in the right spot, do I need to wait for the new thread?? Anyway- I am 2lbs down this week for a total of 9lbs for me!!!
