Hey everyone! I lost 3.7 this week. Thank goodness, after I gained .5 last week.I can't believe I lost this week with all of my socializing/eating out. Yay.

You can loose the weight by your disney trip. I didn't think I was going to make it and I just managed to make that goal (of course I put it all back on while AT disney
but hey) I've been very bad since coming back from disney
just can't seem to stay focused and I'm getting back into my old habits and thinking... ice cream is becoming a normal thing for me again.. that stuff is going to kill me! Next week is going to be tough for me as I'll be out of town for work from Monday-Thursday and I'll be staying in a hotel so I will be eating out a LOT which always hurts my eating habbits b/c I don't always want to order salads, and I don't ever get salads from fast food places (i just don't eat fast food anymore
) Anyway, I'm still managing to be down another pound or so.. so I'm about 2 pounds from my lowest "Pre-Disney trip" weight
We got a grill this weekend, so I need to come up with more healthy foods to cook on the grill.. let's see what i can find
(any tips??)
