The WOnDeRs - Come On Guys - W/C 26th May

Hey everyone! I lost 3.7 this week. Thank goodness, after I gained .5 last week. :P I can't believe I lost this week with all of my socializing/eating out. Yay. :)

Ok it is a small victory but here it is...I managed both of my night shifts without using cookies or chocolate to stay awake! I bring it with me because if it comes down to a choice between cookies and drowsies on the job - cookies always win! (now there's an excuse you can't use every day - I had to eat the cookies in the interest of Public Safety!)
BUT I am taking it home again to remain in my lunch bag or be given to DD.
(Chocolate stays until next time ;) )

I don't know that it will translate into a loss for me next week but it is a step in the right direction!
 
Keep moving forward guys!:cool1: You can loose the weight by your disney trip. I didn't think I was going to make it and I just managed to make that goal (of course I put it all back on while AT disney:lmao: but hey) I've been very bad since coming back from disney :rolleyes1 just can't seem to stay focused and I'm getting back into my old habits and thinking... ice cream is becoming a normal thing for me again.. that stuff is going to kill me! Next week is going to be tough for me as I'll be out of town for work from Monday-Thursday and I'll be staying in a hotel so I will be eating out a LOT which always hurts my eating habbits b/c I don't always want to order salads, and I don't ever get salads from fast food places (i just don't eat fast food anymore:stir: ) Anyway, I'm still managing to be down another pound or so.. so I'm about 2 pounds from my lowest "Pre-Disney trip" weight :) and about 12 pounds from my next goal for Sept trip. Running at least is keeping me from really gaining... now I've just GOT to get my eating under control. Today for lunch I will have a salad w/ ground beef and beans:yay: We got a grill this weekend, so I need to come up with more healthy foods to cook on the grill.. let's see what i can find:surfweb: (any tips??)

Great job! Just take it one step at a time. Chocolate is definitely my weakness as well. I can't have the stuff in the house or I will eat it, so I commend you on your will power last night. :goodvibes

I love to grill salmon on cedar planks...it is so yummy!
 

Forgot to post- I am down one more lb this week- making a total of
10 lbs! :cool1:
I was running- but threw my back out on Friday, felt better and went running again on Wed. but really noticed that I had not been out for a week. Also had a headache for 3 days, so not sure if I will go tonight or not-
Not giving up though, really overall enjoying the running!
 
I had a GREAT week! I did a lot of working out/running and playing basketball. I weighed in down 6 pounds. After gaining 2 last week I was inspired. Puts me at my lowest since starting 6 months ago. 195 and 5 more to my goal.
 
Another 2 lbs. That takes me to 16.4 lbs GONE. Yippee!!!!!:banana: :woohoo: :banana: :banana: :woohoo:

OK it is Monday. I actually managed to loose weight this week. :banana: Where are the Wonders??? Get your butts in gear people its summer!!!!!
 
Sorry Life got in the way again! I have lost 3 lbs last week. But the best part is the inches I have lost in 8 weeks. I lost 3 inches in both my waist and hips. I lost 1 inch in my thighs, arms, and chest. My BMI also dropped a point.

Congrats! I'm finally seeing inches too...just bought pants down from a 38 to a 35 waist :-)
 
I am feeling my clothes a bit loser too. It is amazing what 10 pounds will do.
