I was watching Inside the Actor's Studio with Dan Radcliffe and he was talking about the "fanny" and he's like it means ****** in England. and I was like OMG!

I'm also a fan of British spellings. Not necessarily as obvious as "colour," but words like, "moustache," "jewellery," and "grey."

I still have yet to come across these words used in a writing assignment for my English classes ...

I love UK words.

I heard of torch while watching Narnia and it was the most fascinating thing to me.
I now call my flashlight a torch.

Ice lolly sounds so weird. I couldn't imagine saying I want an ice lolly!

My grandparents used to say trousers sometimes.

I have heard people say tap instead of faucet. Like "get some water from the tap" We also call water from the faucet tap water.

Bloke is used in Australia too for guy.

Queue is used for amusement parks! I work at one in the summer and the people who run the rides say queue.
