I went to Disney the first week of December . I had a wonderful time! :)
After arriving at the POP Century on the 4th, i had an early dinner and then
went to the Mgm . The Osborne Lights were displayed there. It was the first time for me going to Disney in December for the holidays. The lights danced
to holiday music! I spent a hour walking around the streets and gazing at the
lights. I bought a mug of hot chocolate and a cookie. It was really beautiful.
Extra magic hour was on the same night so i went on several rides and attractions like Star Tours, Little Mermaid, Muppet Vision, and the Movie ride.

The next day, i went to Epcot in the morning. It was extra morning hours hours so i went on Soaring, Living with the Land, Space Ship earth , and the new Nemo Ride with no problem. The crowds are very low ! :goodvibes
I enjoyed the ride , it was cute. In the evening, i attended the Christmas
Party in the Magic Kingdom. This was so much fun! I saw the
7pm Twas the Night Before Christmas show. The show was great . After
the performance i went on 3 rides: Jungle Cruise, Pirates, and Stitch!
I was not sure about how the charcater pictures were done. I saw some out but was not sure if Photopass people were there also. I just got a photo of me on Main street done. The hot chocolate and cookies were real hot and good. I waited for the Holiday Wishes . The fireworks were wonderful and set
to holiday music to.
The Christmas Parade was very nice. To actually see it close up is real nice.
I took plenty of pictures of the parade. The marching soldiers were a sight to see to!

On the next day, i went to 1900 Park Faire for a late breakfast at 10am.
I was invited to join 2 other solo travelers from these boards . I had a wonderful time at the buffet. Alice and the Mad Hatter came over to us.
Alice talked to me for a few seconds which i thought was nice. Afterwards
i took pictures of the tree and gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian and then went over to Epcot in the afternoon. I did not go on any rides because
i wanted to watch the holiday storytellers. I saw several: France, Germany
and Canada. Along the way, i had photopass pictures of SnowWhite and me
as well as Jasmine and Alladine, and Belle with the Beast. A wonderful day!

Thursday! Extra morning hour at Mk - i was able to most of Fantasy Land
and Tommorow Land very quickly. I made 26,900 points at Buzz Light year, a best for me! It was great to go on Splash Mt again.By noon time i left Mk with most of the rides i wanted to do accomplished and then did some shopping at Downtown Disney. By 3pm i was back at the Pop to rest and get
ready for the Candle Light Processional. This is another event that is a must
see and to do again like the christmas party. It is so beautiful. The narrator
was Brian Dennehy.

On Friday- early plan back home.
To recap the must do: Christmas Party and the Processional!
Oh and i bought the Stitch Pin and a Tee shirt and the Jumbo Pin at the party
to!

Isn't this wonderful? It wasn't until last year this time, when we were introduing our best friends of 20+ years to MK for the very time, that we, with them, experienced this show for the very first time, and it was wonderful, a super kick off to a magical evening.

Yes, it was very different and alot of fun . I usually go in the summer around
early September. I went to Wdw in September so i did mostly holiday stuff. :goodvibes

Us too! Our very favorite time is the first week in September, right after Labor Day. But with teens still negotiating high school it's become more difficult to travel during those times and, somehow, over the past two years, and the one coming up, we've found ourselves traveling during holiday times.

I went this past summer after Labor Day. I might go now alot more in December . I like the weather and the crowds are only Wdw resort guests.

What a great little trip, I also love the marching soldiers in the parade, the are my favourite part!

Brian Dennehy, I would have loved to see him do the CP.

Thanks for sharing your trip with us :)
