Gee that was nice. We stayed CL in August and needed to print some cruise documents for DCL. The CM told us we had to go to the CTR and use the business center for a fee!

Concierge/Guest Services is limited to airline check-in. They can't print any other documents for guest.

(From page 1)
Airline Check-in:
You can check your luggage and receive your airline boarding pass at the Resort Airline Check-in Desk, located in the Porte Cochere. If you are departing on a domestic flight from Orlando International Airport (MCO) on participating air carriers, you can check in no less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.

Does anyone have any suggestions for fitting two scooters in a room? I will be staying at WL for the first time in Feb and there will be two of us on scooters. I am not sure how two scooters will fit in a room with two queen beds?? Is it possible?

I think that would be very tight. I think you could get one between the ehtertainment center and closet area (in front of connecting door) But I'm not sure how you would fit the other in.

When we were there in 2007 though, we saw scooters charging out in the hallway, outside of rooms. That may only be possible in certain areas where the hallways are wide enough to get the Mousekeeping carts through. You may want to call ahead of time and ask about this.

I know, but unfortunately I can't afford it for the week and booked the 4/7 deal. So I will live up my day!!!
Brian
Actually you will have two days of Concierge Service, the day you check-in and the next day until 12:00am/Midnight.

Enjoy :woohoo:

Wow that's cool, especially since I'm getting in at like 10 am on the first day! :-)

Thanks for letting me know that! :-) :worship: haha

I can't believe it's only 60 days... and my 100th post! :goodvibes

I've heard that one of the hottubs is hotter than the other. Anyone know which one the hotter one is? Don't feel like wasting time trying them all out.

One is a hot tub and the other is a much much much cooler tub. They both aren't hot. You'll be able to tell, they are right next to each, just stick your toe in. :goodvibes

There is also a hot tub next to the quite pool near the Villas. This is the best hot tube. It's hot...and it is much more quite than the one by the main pool. The ones by the main pool usually have too many kids in it.

Thanks for the info...

That's the one I went to last time because the other two were crowded. So I guess we'll just stick with that one. :-)

Thanks, Cindy! (lots and lots of woods to view, huh? :lmao:) and only 2 more days til you leave!! Have a fun safe trip! (I'm so jealous)

So due to some other family obligations, we canceled our WL ressie for next April :( BUT my extended family has agreed to go with us in the summer (worse weather, but more people!!!) and we have WL as one of the resorts we are choosing from. We are making a decision during Thanksgiving. OH, I want to stay at WL!!!! We'll see....

Question:

I'm sure WL has bellhops waiting outside to help you with your luggage. But we prefer to do it ourselves; since we drive, we tend to have lots of smaller bags and suitcases. Will we be 'allowed' to use a luggage cart to bring stuff to our room? On our visit to Shades of Green, we were not. The bellhops were the only ones allowed to use the luggage carts and at ~$1/bag, I think we wound up tipping him like $15. We're do-it-yourself kind of people and want our stuff NOW.

We should be at the check-in desk in less than 48 hours!

At Pop, we were able to leave our drivers license with luggage services as a sort of collatoral and use the cart to transport our own stuff.

Sorry Wrong quote.:confused3 Meant to click Claire&TheBoys Post

We were told one trip that they are not supposed to let you use them without their CM. Something about possibly running into other guests, people riding their kids on it when returning, etc. Basically possible misuse and liability to resort. We did get one one time (like 5:00am), but we haven't asked anymore. Usually DW and I just take them up ourselves and stack other bags on the ones that roll. We are going to have multiple bags this trip staying in a 2 bedroom, so we are just going to let them take them up for us.

wejsut got back last month from movies. nothing was offered at check in to us. so we took them ourselves. at check out we did it at 430 and they said just come get a cart.

We are a lot like you. We like to do things ourselves. But, this is the WL, enjoy yourself, ask for help and don't get all caught up in spending an extra few dollars. Have a great time. You will be glad you did.

If they can get all of your bags on one cart, then just tip them $10.00. Its still a very good tip considering the one cart. One cart for 4 to 5 bags, or one cart for 15. Just smile and say thank you.:thumbsup2

I still self-park. No way am I going to pay someone to park my car.
