You know what bugs me?

When people write “Red Soxs”. or “Red Sox’s”.

Don’t you people understand that “Sox” is pronounced “Socks”? All you’re doing is making it pronounced “Sockses”.

This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine.

Did you hear the full story on David Ortiz hugging the soldier after his homerun last night? Heidi Watney just said that earlier in the game, the soldier (sorry, I can’t remember his name) gave Ortiz an Army coin (that he got overseas) for good luck. 2 ABs later, Ortiz hit the homerun. When Papi crossed the plate, the soldier was the first person he saw, so he ran over there to give him a thank you hug.

That song is so controversial. Like Lady Gaga has stirred up controversy with many of her songs, but I think this one has gotten banned in more areas than any of her other songs (maybe not Alejandro).
