Hi Everyone

I went to the orthopedic doctor today, and had my stitches removed. It wasnt as bad as I had thought it would be. He told me that I have to start trying to walk up the stairs to strengthen my knee. I am going to work on that and he hopes that I can strengthen my knee enough to put off surgery for 5 years.

I was able to get a Zpak from my primary doctor so hopefully I start feeling better soon!

Bethany- Congrats on the new home, new car and new life!
Ann- I am so happy for you guys! Enjoy that little baby!
Sheryl- If you send me your address, I am ready to mail out those caps!! You wont even believe it!
Becky- If I was invited for dinner, I would definately go!!!:rolleyes1
Maria- I would love to read your Trip report! I was looking at your pictures on FB. Look guys Uncle Ben. (sorry had to throw that chevy chase line in)
Laura- I couldnt imagine baseball camp in the weather we have been having!!
Gretchen- Sorry about all the kitchen issues you have been having. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!

I am sorry if I missed anyone, I will catch up with y'all later!!! BYE

T slept from about 10 - 7:30!!! Yeah! So Mommy slept that late too!

Andrew is better today...thank you all for your kind thoughts.

I was going to make sloppy joes, home fries and salad but Tom just suggested we go to the local pizza joint. Who am I to disagree?

BBL...hope everyone is doing well. Have a great day!

Glad to hear that T is sleeping so well and Mom can get her rest. Happy to hear that A is better. Enjoy the pizza tonight!!!

Hi Everyone! I am doing alright. I got out of the house yesterday to go grocery shopping. Erica took me and I was so excited! I have a doctor appointment today to get my stitches out.

Great to hear that you're getting out and getting the stitches out but don't push too hard.

Today is my anniversary so Kenny and I are going out. We have reservations at a wonderful place on Pawleys Island - Frank's. I haven't been there in years so I'm really looking forward to it.

Happy Anniversary and enjoy your night!!!!!!

Just a quick check-in' I'm still using my phone internet. Congrats to Ann..she had Emma, right? I'm down in NOLA, I have my apartment, I got my car, and this morning I went to work to sign papers and I got my ID badge. We will get the truck tomorrow or Monday and the dog ob Mon or Tues.

Woo Hoo!!!!!!! Happy to hear y'all are home. Don't worry about catching up, get your rest.

Glynis - I join Nancy in being appalled but not surprised about how those pigs, I prefer not to call them people, acted. This is a very sore subject with me as I saw it countless times with my parents.

Maria - Please take your time but do share trip info with us when you're ready.

Becky - Welcome back, we've missed you!

Hope I didn't miss anyone.:guilty:

Oh Sheryl I know it's hard to keep up with everyone no problem. I had an injection this morning. They put me out to do it.

ANN--I'm so glad the two of you are home all healthy and safe.:cloud9:

Marisa-- So glad getting stiches out wasn't that bad.

Oops, I knew I'd forget someone or something. How are you feeling this afternoon?

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY GRETCHEN & KENNY!!!!!!!

****wanted to add Ann was able to stop by her Dad so he could meet Emma!

Welcome home little Emma!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Anniversary Gretchen and Kenny!!!!!!!!!!!

You all will never guess what it did here today, yup it rained. I have heard rumor it's summer, but I don't believe it. The roads are crazy here and I had a hard time finding a place to park at the grocery store. Normally they would all be at the beach, but it rains everyday.

Marisa- I'm sorry you were worried about having your stitches out, I've only had stitches removed from my wisdom teeth and it definatly feels weird, but doesn't hurt. I've taken my husbands stitches out before, it's quicker than going to the doctor. He had to have a gash on his knee stapled shut and the doctor sent him home with the remover! Now you know if there is a next time it wont be bad, glad your heeling well.

Sheryl- I would be forever making a decision on surgery, I'd go with your insticts. Of course that's easy for me to say, but I know you'll make the decision that's right for you.

Lauren- I'm glad Andrew's okay, I can see my kiddo doing the same thing. Congratulations on the good night's sleep, I hope it's a trend.

Becky- Did you bake the bread dough with chunks of cheese it it or was it premade bread. It looks like something I knead (sorry, bad baker's humor) to try.

I picked up all the "fixins'" to make pizza at Trader Joe's today to that will be dinner. See you all later or next week. Have a safe, happy fourth of July.

Ann - Im glad you and your wee scone are doing well.

Love and hugs to all !! xx

Gretchen -- Happy Anniversary!!

Ann -- Welcome home! You and Ron must be so excited.

Lauri -- I hope your injection went well.

Marisa -- I am glad you are recuperating well.

Dinner tonight was barbecued ribs, cornbread, broccoli, and spinach.

Oh Sheryl I know it's hard to keep up with everyone no problem. I had an injection this morning. They put me out to do it.

Oh now I remember! I'm so sorry it seeped out of my brain. :upsidedow I know you are probably not feeling very good now. That injection sounds like a bad one. I'm praying for you.:flower3:

Yes Robin I'm bad about stuff like this & always second guessing myself! Everyone else is telling me to do it, EXCEPT my husband. He thinks it's just too much for me to deal with. He also worries that I might not even need the carpal surgery. They can't tell me how much pain & numbness is coming from the neck & how much is in the wrist.

Maria, Your pictures are truly beautiful!!! You and Greg look so happy. The weather in London looked like it was just amazing. Wow, just wow! :goodvibes

Dinner was greek turkey patties on pitas with tzaziki sauce, arugula, tomatoes & quick "pickled" onions. Chris stayed for dinner, Alexis ate more pizza!

Auntie Maria, where are your pics. I can't wait to see.

-----

I'm so happy for you, Ron & Luke!

Well worth coming home to be a new Auntie!!!!!!!!

Good Morning! I am feeling well so this is going be quick. I got some sort of migraine/sinus thing yesterday and still have a bit of a bad headache. Tom had to come home from work it was that bad...I couldn't care for the baby. I am taking lots of pills so I am feeling a bit better.

I wanted to wish everyone a very Happy 4th of July weekend! We are having my nephew over and will go to a fair and parade if the weather allows. Tom is going away on Sunday so not doing too much. He will be back on Tuesday.

Love to all!

I'm so sorry to hear this, glad you're feeling better today. Wish I were closer.

Dinner will be whatever the guys want, I've got a stomach bug and will not be eating much of anything today.

Ann -- I'm glad you are doing so well. Rest when you can. What does Luke think of Emma?

Lauren and Kathy -- I hope you both feel better.

Greg and Liam are having a boys' day today, so Caili and I are trying to figure out plans of our own. As usual, the weather is not great, although it isn't raining at the moment.

I'm making clam chowder for dinner.

If I don't get back, have a Happy 4th everyone!
