hope everyone dealing with weather/heat issues stays safe! we will be pushing 90's this weekend!

Megan has one Driver's ed class left and did her last test yesterday, she did great on her four tests, 2 with 100%, a 99% and 98%. had her second driving lesson with instructor and did pretty good, didn't get her out as much as we should of this week and it showed. last three drives will be after we get back from our trip.

It's supposed to be in the 90's here - hottest yet this year!

DH is gone
DD is golfing an all day outing
DGS is going to his buddy's family reunion
I think I'll scrap the day away!

Sunday:
Coffee with Dsil
Church
Work on prepping bathroom to paint - weather sounds good for painting the next few days
Cookout at the lake

Sorry!!

Was without power for a while last night..

Had to be up early this morning to get B on a bus for a scrimmage away. We had to stay behind to take his 4H project in for judging for him. Plus sitting on bleachers for 4 hours in the hot sun and such we decided to only send him and he agreed.. no need in wearing anyone out and having the heat effect DH's health.

Today:

finish updating sauce index on cooking forum --- DONE
finish updating desert index on cooking forum ---- goal by 6pm
email Buffy and see what post on index she wants me to do next
once over house
await B's text they are home and I can go pick him up... missing him when he is away


Sunday:

laundry
prep plans for week.. it's going to be another crazy one!!
make shopping lists
start list of where to shop for rental college books.. compare pricing and get those books ordered
set up a schedule to get my scrapping going again... I'm sooooooooooo far behind!!!

Checking in on Sunday....hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Spent most of yesterday at the beach, got there early in anticipation of the afternoon thunder boomers arriving between 1-2pm which they did! Found a great beach service for set up, the water was wonderful and there was a constant breeze blowing - it was great!

Today:
Strip bed - DONE
Laundry - started
Do a couple little chores
Run to grocery for a couple items needed for tonight's dinner
Scrap
Grilling out for dinner

Sorry I was MIA yesterday and will be most of today..

DH is working to put my laptop back together.. He was doing some regular updates and my screen went nuts... So we had to start from scratch.. thankfully he got all my files saved. Luckily my SVG files and my photos are all on an external drive..

So hopefully I will be back up today and running... I do have to reinstall 2 programs for my crafting...
