The week after Thanksgiving

How are the crowds the week after Thanksgiving?We are thinking of going to disney next year at this time.I know that weekend will be busy but I thought I heared it slowed down after that.Thanks in advance.

We are leaving in 3 days, but are not going into any parks until Sunday the 27th. I have heard of it being low crowds the week after and that is what I am hoping for. I will post when we get back also.

Starting later on Sunday afternoon they will begin to thin. During the week it will be very quiet. As the weekend nears it will get busier, but far from crowded. Perfect time to go--now if it would just warm up a little more!

It's always crowded at WDW but it's less crowded that week. One of the slower weeks. Enjoy! I'll be there the week AFTER the week after Thanksgiving.

We arrive on Firday, Nov.25th. I am counting on a big crowd that Saturday, but am hoping it thins out by Sunday as well. Im a little worried though because I am beginning to think that there is no such thing as "small crowds" at disney!!

My last trip during that time we were there the Sunday after Thanksgiving and stayed for a week. Crowds were great, weather was great.

We have been that week for the past two years. Stay out of the parks the Saturday after Thanksgiving, they were PACKED. The rest of the week was awesome. We never waited more then 5-10 minutes for a ride and my ds and dh went on the coaster over and over, it was great! The weather was also great. This year we are going a week after that hoping it will be even less crowded

We are going on December 1 and I called to try to add another room on the 3rd and the office told me to forget it, all Disney hotels were booked solidly that whole week. Now I worry - we have gone the first week in December 2 or 3 times and it was great - no crowds, no lines, perfect weather - and who knows what's going on now. Anyway Disney is always fun.

I think that it's the best week of the year. Crowds are down, decorations are up, and for the most part, the weather is nice.

sonny I heard that the POP Warner ppl are going to be there the week you and I are, and that is why hotel bookings are up, but it might not affect the parks too badly

How bad was Sunday? We are arriving Saturday but out first park day will be Sunday! I keep hearing conflicting reports on crowd sizes that day. Touringplans has it listed as a 4!

My wife and I arrive in Orlando on Friday night and are there until December 12th - cannot wait ! Plan on hitting the shops this Saturday and then AK on Sunday, MK Monday etc etc.

We'll be arriving Saturday but we're not going to the parks until Monday. We will head to DTD and also do some resort hopping over the weekend. I'm hoping the crowds won't be bad next week. We will be in the parks the next weekend and I am expecting more people then than during the week but, hopefully, we will manage okay.

We're arriving Nov 30 through Dec 4 - of course we can't wait!!! This is our fifth year going the week after Thanksgiving - and its always been great! The crowds haven't been too bad, and the weather has been so nice!
