The WDW commercial about being too excited to sleep

I love that one, too. When we were young, my brother and sister and I used to stay up all night the night before vacation talking about how much fun we were going to have. That commercial brings me back to childhood. I'm 32 now with three kids of my own and I still get that giddy, can't sleep excitement the night before vacation. Half the fun is anticipation. I love it!

I wish I could go back to Disney right now!

I recognized the dad in the commercial. He played Olivia's boyfriend/husband from Knots Landing.

I agree about the little boy, when he says I'm too excited gets me everytime!!! I look at my DH and smile and he just shakes his head and laughs at my craziness!

7 days and I can't sleep and I am 40.
I love the commercial....my Dh and I are exactly like the couple, we get so excited before our trips that its like Christmas morning when we were 4 years old.

I also love that commercial. Last September we went on our first disney trip ever. We couldn't sleep the night before. I had the jitters all night long. For my husband I think he was more nervous about the plane trip, terrified to fly. I get teary-eyed when I go to the disney website and see the disney stuff and hear the music.

DH and I are the same way - we see the commercial and just look at each other and laugh - it's so us! And on more than one occasion I've put my kids to bed (they're 3 and 5) only to check on them a little while later and find them together in one of the bedrooms whispering about Disney!

I love that commercial too but I don't think the Dad looks excited enough to go with what he says. I'll always remember on one of my first trips when I sat up all night and watched "Out of Africa" on the Disney channel becuse I was too excited to sleep.

I don't think I'll ever get tired of this commercial no matter how many times I see it. I fell in love the first time I saw it. Of course DH looked at me, smiled and shook his head because I'm just like the little boy....just a "few" years older. No matter how many times I go to WDW I'll always be too excited to sleep. It's the only time I can jump right out of bed at 4:00 am and be ready to go in 1/2 an hour. Yet somehow after 2 nights with little to no sleep and a day and a 1/2 in the car when I get to WDW I am ready to go!

My FH and I love that commercial! The funniest thing is that he says "I'm too excited to sleep" in the little boy's voice and it's the cutest thing I have ever seen

The other night we were up late and he says "I'm too tired to sleep", I couln't fall asleep because I was laughing so hard!!

I never sleep well before a big trip. Must be something about flying and getting out of town. When you add Disney to that, i'm like "can I just get there and start having fun already?".

I agree! I believe that the commercial is the best one that Disney has done in a long, long tme. I always feel like I am the kid.

That is a great commercial and they had to tell that boy he was really going tomorrow cause he is to belivable.
