Just wanted to let you guys know I spoke with The Wave yesterday. He said they do a lunch buffet with limited a la carte items only when there is a convention registered. Otherwise, it's strictly menu choices. They typically know of they'll be doing the buffet the Saturday before it starts, always starts on a Monday.
