I just ate breakfast at the Wave and loved the buffet so much that I went back another day. It included much more than I've seen listed on any of the 'menus' ---- fresh cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, 2 kinds of yogurt, smoked salmon and all that accompany it (onions, chopped egg, etc), deli ham, cheeses, cottage cheese, oatmeal, a couple of dry cereals, multiple mini-muffins and pastries, bagels/toast, eggs benedict (not that good when I tried it --- eggs were overdone and muffin stuck to the bottom and was soggy), biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, Mickey waffles, sweet potato pancakes (which were wonderful with the honey pecan butter and WARM syrup), hash brown casserole with cheese, two kinds of frittata (one made with egg whites). The quality of the food was quite good, for a buffet. If something was almost gone, I simply didn't take that at the time and went back when it was replaced. The cost was either $22 or $23 and included coffee/milk/soda and juice. AND .... neither of my 2 servers told me this, but a server told the table next to me that they could order eggs cooked to order if they didn't want scrambled.
It seems like a lot of $$$ to me for breakfast, but the variety and quality made it worth it to me. I believe there was a sign that said only the buffet was available after 11 AM. (PS --- the made to order breakfasts of omelets with potatoes looked very good to me!)
