The Wave and fireworks

We've eaten at Cali Grill the last couple of years during Wishes. Has anyone eaten at The Wave around that time? Is there an observation deck you can use? We want to try someplace new and the menu there looks nice.

The Wave is on the first floor of the Contemporary and I don't believe it even has windows.

In order to see fireworks you would need to go to the observation deck on the 4th floor. I don't know how early you need to get there to get a spot on the observation deck.

I would say the best time to get a spot on the 4th floor observation deck is about 20 minute minutes before Wishes is to start, because you never know how busy it might get up there.

We ate at the Wave recently and the food was good. There is not one window in the whole place. I agree that the 4th floor observation deck is the way to go.
