The Walt Disney Suite on the Fantasy: my review with pictures and video link . . .

Did you have to call to get a price for the suite?

I guess I have never looked when the cruise first comes out, put I have only ever seen the 1 & 2 bedrooms under the concierge tab when looking at prices.

No, you can book the Royal suite entirely online if you want. The problem is specifically on the Fantasy in that both suites book quickly. I checked a few weeks ago, and they had only ONE WEEK even available for a full year. The Dream is much easier to book.

Yes, quick to spend my money but not his.

I just went on my first cruise this past May and traveled concierge. I must say it was totally worth it and now I am spoiled rotten. The concierge lounge was the big selling point for me. They have two happy hours in the evening where you get free drinks. Beer or wine or mixed drinks are available. Plus they always have free snacks throughout the day and chocolate milk white milk orange juice and apple juice for kids. They also have soda in cans and bottled water anytime you need it for free.

What type of mixed drinks, very simple like rum and coke or slightly more complicated like a fruity martini?

We went on our first cruise in 2002 and everything was included. Is water and soda not included now. We are looking to go next year and trying to figure out what kind of room to stay in.

Water and soda are still free at the drink station near the pool and at dinner. Concierge gets free cans of sodas and bottles of water in their room and in the concierge lounge on the new ships.

I'm not totally sure I think mostly simple drinks every time I was in there I got crown & sprite but they make smoothies for the kids so I'm sure they can work some magic but I would make sure to tip for the extra work.

Like ktb2002 said it soda is free at drink stations but you have to have your own bottle or glass and fill it up then take it to your room with concierge you could grab unopened bottles of water or soda and put it in your room til later an not worry about it going flat. Plus our stateroom person always refilled the ice every day so we always had a full container never had to call for more ice :)

Good to know Thanks. Is the drink station open all the time or does it close?

Was the Walt E Disney Suite (Fantasy) on the starboard or aft side? Were you able to see the fireworks from your balcony? Thanks.

The Walt is on the port side (forward not aft). You can just catch a glimpse of some fireworks during the show, but it would not be a good location if you want to really watch them. I have been on the balcony twice during the fireworks show and was underwhelmed with our ability to see much at all.

Thanks. Trying to think of good times to entertain the friends and family on the balcony. I appreciate your input.
