I really thought Beth was going to get bitten yesterday. Usually when a character has so much to say, that's the end for them. My husband didn't like the episode, I thought any episode focusing on Daryl is a good episode!![]()
I thought last night's episode was very slooowww and kind of boring. They could have accomplished Daryl opening up in half an episode and also shown some of the other dis-jointed group members. I am anxiously awaiting the group getting back together, at least some of them finding each other. Next week looks pretty good, looks like Maggie, Bob and Sasha will be in some trouble.

Loved this episode, almost sounds like Daryl's life living in the zombie apocalypse is better than the life he had before....the burning the cabin at the end was very poignant...kind of like getting rid of his past
I was bored, too. Even though I'd read spoilers elsewhere and knew it would be a slower, "character-building" episode, I was not into it.
My husband watched (he never watches) and said, "oh, those two are going to get down to it in the next episode... guaranteed" and I think I vomited a little in my mouth when he said that. Please, just . . . no.
I love seeing Daryl open up. I guess he is really mad about not being able to save Herschel and save the prison. Now they are kind of floundering around, and why are there wakers wandering in the woods? Hope they find somewhere safe soon. Boy his life sounded crummy before the apocalypse.
I thought it was funny when they both gave the cabin the finger!
I loved the whole episode. Norman Reedus is so amazing in that role and Daryl's backstory is every bit what I expected it to be. And I'm glad they didn't "go there" with anything romantic between Daryl & Beth - not only would it be a bit creepy with the age difference, even in the zombie apocalypse, it would have been so cliche that it would ruin a very powerful episode.
