I am still reeling from Herschel's death last season.
Thought for a bit that Carl was going to get bitten last episode. Is any regular safe on this show? That may actually be a good thing. So predictable on most shows where the star is in danger, but you always know they will survive cause they are the star.

I think Carl always wearing the hat just shows how much he loves and needs his father even when he doesn't think so.

I said during the episode 'take off that stupid hat already.' With Carl being annoying and Beth's singing I'd be ok with one of them getting bit.

I missed most of the whole dream with Michonne because I mistook it for a Bounty commercial.

I enjoyed it. I think that we needed to see Carl at his weakest. I am glad that Michonne found them. I think there could be something between the 3 of them that brings them all "back".

ROFL - I thought I was the only one that mistook that part for a commercial (as I was fast forwarding through my DVR recording). I went back and forth a few times before I realized it was part of the show

Totally agree about Carl. I couldn't really fault him for yelling at Rick. Was it mean? Sure. But He wasn't wrong about Rick not dealing with the issues at the prison. And for being so young i think he's gotten better as an actor each season. Still not up to the level of the older actors, but good for his age.

And I too fastforwarded thru Michonne's flash back thinking it was a commercial!

Yeah...with it being so hot and sweaty, why in the world would he want to keep it on (when he tried to bust down the door and fell on the porch and his hat fell off, I thought, "oh good, maybe he'll leave it off"). And why are they in long shirts and pants...this is the Atlanta GA area is it not? Seeing all the sweat in their hair this last episode really skeeved me out.

It doesn't really have anything to do with this episode. I haven't liked Carl for awhile. Carl and Beth are two of my least favorite characters. Maybe I just don't like the kids.

Daryl is the best character on the show. They need to do more with him. That character isn't even in the comics that I have read so far. So kudos Norman Reedus for brining Daryl to life! Doesn't hurt that he is easy to look at either

The episode was alright. The one complaint I had was why did they cut it off when Michonne knocked on the door and rick said to Carl it's for you. I would have liked to see both Carl and Michonnes reactions when he opened the door. And where's carol ????? Is she ever coming back. She is the reason that group was saved. She taught those kids to shoot. I hate rick for sending her away. Rick gets on my nerves.

I hope Carol comes back soon. There are only 8 episodes left this season, which leaves 7 for Carol to come back. She has not been in any previews that I saw, but that is probably to throw us off. They had some of the cast on Conan and she was there so I think we will see her at some point, I just hope it isn't the finale.

I REALLY was hoping a walker would bite Carl in the last episode. I would LOVE to see him become a walker. I've never liked his character. (Or his 'acting' ). I don't think he's a strong enough actor now that this character is being featured. When he was part if a large group he was only ok. Now?? He made Sundays show weaker because he can't carry an episode.
