I just rewatched too. And in the very end of the scene (zoomed out from dumpster) it looks like something is moving under the dumpster and some of the walker's hands are reaching towards under dumpster.I'm starting to think Glenn is alive. I went back and watched the entire alley scene in slow motion. I noticed a couple things that I think make it feasible:
#1: Glenn had a cross-body holster on for 90% of the show. It disappeared after he checked the door at the end of the alley. (Could just be a typical filming mistake, but...)
#2: Glenn's beige shirt was buttoned previously, but by the time they get on the dumpster it's open. (Could just be a typical filming oops, but....)
#3: With the two prior changes, Glenn and Nicholas outfits are pretty similar: grey t-shirt under another beige collared shirt/jacket.
#4: There is plenty of room for a grown man under that dumpster.
#5: There is a concrete half-wall around three sides of the dumpster, making it a bit safer for a hiding space.
#6: The gut-ripping scene really is off-kilter. The guts are coming from an area way to close to Glenn's face. It's completely unnatural if that's supposed to be his abdomen.
Now, whether it's realistic that Glenn could wiggle out from under a body that's being mauled and under the dumpster before one of the horde grabs onto one of his arms or legs, seems a bit far-fetched. But, it really does look like the show left an opening there.
If he squeezed underneath while the closest Zs are in their feeding frenzy, I think he could just stay put and go unnoticed.
Obviously the Zs are just going to mill around in the area once the food's gone. But, if he's quiet, I don't think they'd find him by accident. And, there are still characters out on the road attempting to draw the horde away from the ASZ, so maybe they'll get a siren or horn going and that will clear the alley???
It will be interesting to see what comes of this.
IF, this really was Glenn's final stand, I've got to admit, I'm disappointed. Because it was all gore and gone, with no emotion. I'm a big crybaby and it didn't make me cry. It just shocked me when I saw it. And, I couldn't get past the guts being pulled from a chest. So... I really hope this isn't it for Glenn.

If I recall correctly, there were walkers on the other side of the fence as well. There was like sheets or plastic or something on the fence and Nicholas ran to the fence moved the sheet/plastic and there were walkers there. That's when Glenn got on the dumpster and pulled Nicholas up. I think.I wondered why Glen and Nicholas didn't climb over the fence on the side of the dumpster where the woods and trees were? They could have leapt onto that fence and climbed over and into the woods (albeit thick woods) without much trouble.
I really think they are building Morgan up to take over the group and be the leader. Im wondering how untouchable Rick really is in regards to being killed off. Also, I don't feel like they have been writing strong lines for Daryl starting at the end of last season.
I'm disappointed the 90 minutes will be all Morgan as well. i mean, I like him, and I want to know how he got from whack-a-doo in Clear to Zen Morgan, but 90 minutes? When we don't know what the hey is going on with Glenn?????I hope not, I think Morgan is an ok character but not interested in seeing him become more of the shows focus. I actually am a little disappointed this 90 minute extravaganza is going to be mostly centered on him. I don't mind some of the storyline focus being on his past, but a whole extended episode seems like a little much.
Not that fence. the fence next to the dumpster, not the one behind it that had walkers on the other side. There were walkers coing up the alley in front of the dumpster, walkers on the other side of the fence behind the dumpster, but a fence and trees on the side of the dumpster. If I recall correctly, there were walkers on the other side of the fence as well. There was like sheets or plastic or something on the fence and Nicholas ran to the fence moved the sheet/plastic and there were walkers there. I'm thinking if it was a hallucination, Nicholas in the memoriam could have been to throw people off. There was no question about his death, based strictly on what we saw.I'm disappointed the 90 minutes will be all Morgan as well. i mean, I like him, and I want to know how he got from whack-a-doo in Clear to Zen Morgan, but 90 minutes? When we don't know what the hey is going on with Glenn?????
I haven't re-watched yet, but if they were both out of bullets, how is Nicholas dead? If it was just Glenn's hallucination and he's still in the pet store, why is Nicholas in the Memoriam section?
