Leaving after the kids get home from school, which should be around 4:00. I have a lot to do during the day. Gotta go to two different places to pick up my prescriptions, go to my mom's house to pick up Kyleigh's Belle dress, which I am not completely positive still fits her, get my eyebrows waxed, hopefully fit in tanning somewhere. And I still have to pack. Would you believe Joe actually took the day off to help me?

Weirder things have happened.

It's a really nice little campground that is always crowded on weekends that you have to make reservations months in advance. That is why we took our kids out of school for a couple of days.

I am amazed at the place it is in the middle of a city in the San Francisco bay area and you would never know you were. There are the deer, squirrels, and turkeys that wander during the early evening and daytime. At night there are skunks, raccoons, and such.

You lay in the tent and listen to the crickets and Great Horned owls. It was so restful and nice. I love that picture Scotty took from the top of that hill. I am just sad because marching band season is starting so camping is over now until summer so this was our last hurrah of the year. I plan on still taking day trips to the different state parks in our area as long as the weather holds.

Michele, your pictures were awesome. As you know I love to camp but I don't really rough it, lol. I do love being out there in the state parks though, it's so quiet and I love when I see the deer. We haven't seen all the beautiful deer like we used to in Pennsylvania. I do miss that, occasionally a bear but not often, that's okay though, I was a little afraid of those, lol.

oH yEAH!!!! Flat Mom!!! isn't that what all us moms want to be??? At least in the stomach area!!! unfortunatly even when i was down to 84lbs and drinking Boost 4x aday my stomach STILL was not flat!!! all my life my stomach was super flat sunk in actually and then after the Csection with B they did several surgies well including the c-section I had 6 surgies in 13 days and they cut every which way on my belly so unfortunatly my stomach muscles were cut across and I was told i would never be flat again and *sniff sniff* I'm not. It was really weird to be so skinny there for a while and still have a bumpy stomach!!! But the good thing is my scar is shaped like a ...........................
