Well, the CAT scan came back normal. They are just going to "wait and see" what happens. I guess there are no other tests to run. Mom says it seems like there's something wrong with her throat. She was complaining of her throat hurting a few days ago. They must have done something when they cut her for the neck surgery....my Mom said they had to cut her neck in the back and front.

I just wish there was something I could do.

Cheri, does she have the NG tube for feeding that goes through the nose? If so that can cause real irritation. One the happiest moments of my many hospital stays was losing the NG tube. I have the family praying for her too.

I second that :thumbsup2

Oh my, what a walk thru memory lane. My family used to have those Peanuts glasses :goodvibes

 What an interesting trip to the grocery store you and DD had

What an interesting pair they are. They are gonna get a HUGE wake up call when the baby comes.

I'm sorry about your grandmother

Mommom- Hope it went well with Disney Casting :goodvibes

To all that aren't feeling well :flower3: hope you are feeling better

:o I'm soo ashamed, I fell asleep for about 30 mins. on the couch while catching up with you guys.

Had a busy weekend with the new house. We had to replace the hallway toilet cause it was leaking :headache: and Sat. night during a rain storm DH was looking up at the ceiling in the master bathroom, I thought he was looking at what all we needed to do to repaint the room. Nope, he said " You see that?" I said " What?" DH- "That drip" :headache:
Great I thought there's a leak in the frickin' roof, it's never gonna end with this house.
So on Sunday, after he put in the new toilet, DH climbed up into the attic to see how bad it was. It's not the roof leaking but there's a gap between the roof and the exhaust fan outlet (pipe?). So DH said all he needs to do is climb up on the roof and seal the gap up and then patch up the little piece of dry wall in the attic that got damaged from the leak.
After hearing that it's not the roof = big $$$$ I could breathe alittle easier.

Today has just been SSDD like it has been the past couple of weeks with laundry :laundy: and dishes thrown into the mix. This evening the boys & DH are going to #1DS's football practice while DD and I stay home and unpack a few of her boxes and get her room looking like it should. I think she has been needing a little time alone with her mommy (been a busy few weeks with starting kindergarten and moving), so this will probably help.

Luv,
Thank goodness on it not being the roof. I breathed a huge sigh of relief for you. You and your house remind of this friend I used to have. Her and her husband wanted this house so bad they didn't have it inspected first. The first winter after they moved on the realized that the central heating had been taken out. That was just the start, they ended up having to almost completely redo the house.

Tonight should be fun for you and DD. I remember kindergarten and when my kids all went through that. She should really enjoy her time with you.:goodvibes

Morning Girls :goodvibes

We're off to run some errands.

Catch you a little later :wave2:

Hey Betsy

Hope dd slept better last night and you had a good day:goodvibes

Hey Luv

Thanks. DS is feeling better, thank goodness. Dh just about better

thanks goodness:goodvibes

Oh wow, so glad it was not your roof:scared1:

That will be nice for sure, mommy and daughter time.

How is she adjusting to Kindergarten? Did she got to Pre-K or nursery School?

DS starts Pre-K in a few weeks and am a tad nervous. I have been preparing him for, reading books about school, playing school, just talking about school

Hmm very interesting choices. Do I sense another Pepsi drinker?

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

That's right chele. We only drink Pepsi in this house:thumbsup2

Hey girls

How is everyone?

I have tried 4 times since 3pm to get a daily survey and I keep getting some really weird error message with all these computer codes in it:headache:

Anybody else getting this??

Thanks I got a real good laugh out of it.

Here is a fun picture from California Adventure that I just found online. It is of a water play area in Flik's Fun Fair.

I am dejunking or decluttering my house.

I have one trash bag half filled and I have made a few of those UPS boxes and putting stuff in there that I am not sure if hubby needs for something and putting it all in the basement

That way later on if he asks for something that used to be up here, I can just point him in the right direction:thumbsup2

Ds is being my little helper pirate:

I just looked over and DS figured out how make the UPS boxes and just needed me to give him some tape to seal it.....

I still can not get daily surveys to work :headache:

I saw there was a topic from a few days ago about greenfield technical difficulties, so I just posted now in their forum to see if anyone is having trouble

Really irking me

I haven't been getting them either. I thought it was just me.

I posted on the sunshine forums and they told me greenfield has been up and down all day and to clear your cookies

It worked :cool1:

I just got an OTX on video games!:woohoo:

Thanks... Have to enjoy it now, because in a few years he will want nothing to do with helping me :rotfl2:

I don't know DS 12 still loves helping me. DD's 14 and 15 well...it depends on which direction the wind is blowing etc.

Hi Everyone :wave2:

We are just watching BB After Dark and SIL and I are trying to grab a DVC reservation for our trip next month.

Such fun :)

Go Betsy! Woo Hoo!:woohoo:

Thanks Michele :goodvibes I hope it works out!!!

Drat. I give up. What have I missed? Is Carla back yet?

Hey Love :wave2:

I'm probably not a good person to give updates but I'll try ;)

Carla is still at her retreat...I think until tomorrow :)

Tat was in the hospital and has been having very high blood pressure...also having her kidneys tested. She is still a hoot when she has feels so bad.

MomMom went to the most awesome McDoodle's and posted pics. This place has a bistro and everything in it. She also went to Fort Wilderness and scouted out where they will be staying for their trip. She had an interview today at Disney...we are anxiously waiting to here what happened :hyper:

Sharky has been dealing with poor DH and DS being sick again :sad2:

Cheri's Grandmother has not been doing as good. She had a CAT scan ran today but it came back ok. They are waiting to see what else they can do.

OB hasn't been around :confused3

Michele has changed her hotel to an offsite one at DL for a heck of a lot cheaper!

Hmmmm...I think that is it but I'm sure I've missed someone or something :upsidedow
