The Void...trouble purchasing tickets?

I'm not sure the right place to post this but...Is anyone else having trouble purchasing tickets on The Void website? Or I guess, has anyone been successful purchasing tickets ahead of time online? I am trying to do it on my phone...not sure if that could be issue. I just can't get anywhere on the website. I click "buy tickets" and it doesn't take me anywhere. I tried last week as well, and same problem. What am I doing wrong?

You probably have Pop-Ups blocked in Safari on your phone - if you have an iPhone.

Go to Settings > Safari and unblock pop-ups.

You should try the website. It works on non-mobile.

I just booked ours last night without any problems; used my laptop not a phone.

How far in advance are you trying to book? Their window is very short so anything more than a few weeks out usually doesn't show up.
