I know I'm in the minority but I'm not a fan of Javier. He OVER sang that beautiful song, didn't like it at all.

I agree to an extent, but I think he has the voice to pull it off.

DH sings it "sans vibrato". Clean and clear.
I'm thinking about sending a video of him into "The Voice",
but I think he would kill me!

And on a shallow note....Adan=m looks like he got a little bit of sun and now looks yummier than ever

I never paid any attention to Adam before this show started but the more I watch, the more I think he's my new celeb crush

i agree with you. that song is so simple and beautiful. nobody will ever do it justice like Sarah MacLachlan does. she does it so perfectly. it's just one of those songs that nobody else can truly do right (at least, IMO). BUT, i still think he deserves to go on, along with Casey, from Adam's team. the other two guys were pitchy and off. i don't get the Jeff hype. i wasn't impressed during the battle rounds nor tonight.

i definitely think Vicci needs to go through on Cee-Lo's team. and i'm not sure about the second one from his team. hm...

He has some real issues with singing shows.
There are lots of American Idol folks from NC and
we have had the pleasure (or lack there of) of actually
knowing a couple.

Yeah, I knew he would pick Xenia regardless. I think if America had saved her he would've saved the rocker.

Too bad, the rocker was my favorite of that group. The girls have ZERO stage presence and appeal... good voices if you like that style but I guess that's what the show is about.

We don't know Chris personally, but Joey was a very very close friend of ours. I totally understand why he is Daughtry's ex-drummer. He is AMAZINGLY talented, and not just at the drums. It's sad to watch someone with that kind of talent not appreciate the opportunities they have been given.

I agree Robin. I wish he would have left out all the runs and just held the notes! But, I am in the minority in that I was also underwhelmed by Vicci. I think she has a great voice but I didn't think she did that song justice.

I liked all of the picks, the voting public's and the judges'...even Xenia. Yes, I know she has no stage presence right now and MUST learn to control her nerves, but she has a really nice, unique tone. I totally got what Blake said about being able to mold her. I think he looks at her and sees a young star in the making...and dollar signs!

I don't find Xenia's voice unique at all, there are at least 5 singers on the radio that sound just like her... not to mention in countless commercials.

The thing about Xenia is that this show isnt very long so I dont think Blake has enough time to work with her enough. He should have taken Jared and worked with Xenia on his own.
