I wish they had different booking categories for theme park vs. non as well. Then I could easily get the pool side if we travel during a "loud" event like grad night or OBB.

I really think the darkness of the VGC room vs. the hotel rooms is the most annoying thing for me.

Was service slow at the quick service location or just the sit-down places?

We've never done room service breakfast. Did you think it was worth the price?

I saw the gravel and lack of grass in the courtyard. Hopefully they will plant stuff to make it look nice because otherwise....ick.

I assume the cricket sounds are fake but maybe someone can confirm.

The sinking floor - I wonder if it's just spots where it wasn't glued (or whatever) down enough so it gives that 'sink' feeling when walking on it. The new flooring does look pretty cheapy.


Where is this located? I didn't notice it when we were there...but it wasn't very warm outside so maybe they don't have it in the winter time.

Service was slow everywhere we ate (Hearthstone, craftsman grill, room service, pool service) but craftsman takes the cake for worst service.

Room service is very expensive, but so is everywhere else there. It was $105 for two orange juices, a burrito, mickey waffles with sausage and a basket of pastries with tax and tip.

With that being said the food tasted great which I'm glad because I would have been pissed if it didn't It was a nice little goodbye splurge to end a wonderful weekend and I would be lying if I said I wouldn't do it again.

The dinner room service menu has the same options as Hearthstone which is why we went down there to save some money but that was an expensive dinner as well

I added pictures of some more food including the fancy water it was in two places, by the shallow pool and the jacuzzi! The Craftsman chicken wings were our favorite and had some Asian flair and those Poutine fries were delicious i am so glad we split everything because wow monster portions, even with splitting we had leftovers because I need my dessert haha.

I added a Pic of the Peppermint tea because it's the same one they use for the Mrs. Claus tea and it's my absolute favorite even though I've never been a Peppermint fan! Wayfinder burger at Hearthstone was so disappointing the meat didn't taste like Wagyu at all it tasted cheap. Everyone enjoyed the nachos. Loved the poolside drinks especially the mocktail called Strawberry Basil Smash

Bummer about service being slow. We've only ever eaten at Craftsman (quick service area, not bar) for breakfast. Never tried any of the other restaurants. Maybe someday though!

The shower head picture is mine. It is from this past weekend in a refurbished studio.

I got the survey and mentioned it multiple times. I did say I liked the updates BUT….. the bathrooms! My room also had a wobbly uncaulked sink faucet which I mentioned in the survey and to the front desk.

I’ll send an email about the showerheads too. Why not! lol! I sent an email when our red eye flight room was given away at BRV despite doing all the things we were told to do. I also got a call which I missed and then my missed return call was never returned.

On a side note, has anyone who has stayed lately used online check in and gotten the “your room is not ready but will be soon” text. We never got it this weekend (which should have been my first clue on the BRV stay). I went to the desk and checked in with the CM. She covered well, but I’m not sure the online check in worked. But it did just fine in October. So….

We have been going to Disney waaaaaaay too much lol. Husband was not real excited to take more days off since my reservation was for during the week on the actual anniversary of the 17th.
