She apparently genuinely believes that the U.S. government perpetrated 9/11, destroying 3 buildings in New York and over 3,000 people in order to get rid the tax records of Enron, which she claims were lost in the collapse of WTC 7. If anybody said that stuff in a widespread public forum they'd be talked about no matter who they lived with. What was the Pentagon attack, then, just an effort to make it look like terrorists?

Didn't do a lot of good because Jeff Skilling ended up with a 25 year sentence and Ken Lay would have gotten the same or worse if he hadn't died before sentencing. Maybe the White House could have taken care of that much easier by firing the prosecutors. Although I am waiting for Rosie to say that the government knocked off Ken Lay in order to preserve his estate for his family.

I am not sure what this means in relation to what I wrote.

I have always thought that the Bush family had something to do with the terrorist attacks at the WTC. And I believe that it was planned with the Bush family friend , bin laden.

This is what I find so interesting and sad about the extremes people will go to. Just because someone is very unhappy with the current administration, doesn't mean they want to up and leave! Are you gonna up and leave after the next election when you've got a strong Democratic President (who might even be black or a woman)? The tide is turning and I don't think that even a strong Republican candidate can get into the White House after the damage Bush has done.

The issue isn't whether someone has a 'problem' with the country, it's having a 'problem' with the current administration.

You're proving the point that so many people acuse people of being unpatriotic just because they don't agree with the current president. That's wrong!

When she's been asked directly if she thinks the Bush administration was behind the 9/11 attacks, she's said clearly, NO. I think her issue is with WTC 7 mainly, not 1 & 2. The fact that 7 was not hit by a plane and was left out of the 9/11 commission report entirely coupled with all of the stuff showing it collapsing in the same manner as a controlled demolition, the BBC video someone mentioned then finding out what was in there and who was in charge of security for it etc.

She's been misquoted a LOT on this. She has not said Bush was responsible for 9/11. Sure, you can say that the conspiracy theory on 7 alone is far fetched but it is not as bad as many are saying...they are making mountain out of maybe not so much a molehill but a plain old hill at least.

I like Rosie. I don't always agree with her, but I respect that she stands up for her beliefs. I don't always agree with my husband or my best friend politically...but I still love them.

Rosie is a wonderful and smart person. She is exposing the myths and the lies spewed from the government. She is asking good questions and she is making the rest of us think about what is going on. People who want her fired or people who bad-mouth her are simply challenged by what she is digging up and they are afraid she has the truth. It's that simple. Don't be afraid of the truth--listen to Rosie and open up to the corruption that is really going on around us. We have to be thinking adults in this world today. Let Rosie show us how to do that.

Beats me. And it's not just now. She's constantly misquoted and then set upon like she murdered the Lindburgh baby. I've heard a lot more controversial things from other celebrities and people of note that get nary a comment. I don't get it.
