I love to open that door to my room at the WL, walk straight to the balcony and just sit down and drink me a coke while I look at the view of the courtyard, the waterfall, and then I stare out to Bay Lake and just breathe! HEAVEN!

(I used to turn on the tv VERY FIRST THING when ZIPADEEDOODAH TIP FOR TODAY was on....now they dont have it anymore! :confused3 )

run to the windo to see our view, then unpack, change clothes (if nessesary) then head to grab dinner at the resort restaurant before heading to MK for the rest of the day.

DW takes pictures before the luggage is opened...

lay down on the bed for 2.2 seconds, lock whatever we need to in the safe and head out to the parks!

Chicago526 - I agree want to see that view!!! then I unpack the car and put everything away - then I have to leave to go buy groceries - talking about going back to reality....

Jump around and run around the room like a 5 year old that just ate a bag full of candy! HA HA :rotfl2: :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Then I turn on the tv and run to the window to check out the view, run to the bathroom wash my face to refresh then bug everyone in my party to go go go to the parks!!!! :teeth:

gosh, I wish I were in that situation right now!

We go over to the sliding glass door and open it and sit on the patio and look at the castle and boats on the lagoon and listen to the train at the MK and the other sounds coming from the MK.

The view is worth every penny.

This is EXACTLY what we do! :goodvibes

Drudgery... I unpack my camera, lock up my laptop and anything that goes into the safe, and put on my utility belt, and head out to the parks.

Lately, however, I have been making at least a quick inspection of the room before I leave. I've been seeing too many reports of dirty hotel rooms, even at WDW.

Wow, that is a gorgeous view, but as far as being worth every penny, I'll just have to take your word for it. I don't even want to know what a Poly Conierge Lagoon View costs.

take pictures before anyone enters, then take off shoes and lay on the bed for a minute or two admiring the view, then it's off having fun!

The first thing I do is go to the bathroom! LOL! Usually by the time we get to the resort I've been holding it for awhile!

After that I have a good look around, then I unpack. I like to get that out of the way and be done with it!

We usually unpack check out the balcony view. Then walk around the resort get our refillable mugs and take pics before heading out to the parks.

Kids run into suite, I turn on the T.V. and lower the AC to 68, and then check out what's new around BCV. Normally the first day is devoted to checking out our "home away from home". :cool1:

i take pictures of everything in the room first before my family destroys it with all their junk!! this time since we have an akl savannah view, we'll spend a few minutes on the balcony and then off to ak. i unpack before we go to bed the first night. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

BamaTigger,

You have just made me even more excited about our trip to the WL! I am so excited!

What do you specifically request for that view at WL? We are booked with 2 Courtyard View Rooms during Christmas and would love a similar view. I have requested Inner Courtyard because I don't want a view of the Villas. Is there anything else I should add to the request?

BTW, my DH and I are both Bama grads and grew up in Huntsville and Birmingham.

Roll Tide!

I check out the view, unpack, and take a quick stroll down to see the pool area. :cool1:
