Did you get 03 points so in essence got points without mtce fees or did you take the additional $5 off and give back the 03 points?

Here's what we received.

150 pts., April use year.

We were able to use MB for $15 off per point. He had to get an okay from a manager to do this because I guess MB should haved ended on the 1st.

We could have taken Vero Dollars of $10 off per pt but then we would have had 150 pts that would have to be used by Mar. 31.

We couldn't have gone wrong either way. Had we taken the $10 off per point, I suppose we could have rented them.

It was just easier to do what we did.

I'm not sure on the maint. fees. Do you think we will have 2003 fees?

We bought BCV in June of 2003 with a December 2002 use year but we sold the first year's points back with MB. We only started paying Maint dues from closing, not all the 2003 dues or 2002 for that matter. So I assume you will pay maint dues from January on, so just 2004 dues. I assume it would be the same thing.

Randy is great. He helped me with an add-on while my guide was out.Really nice guy. Some of the guides don't want to be bothered with you if you are not their client. Randy treated me as though he was our guide. Enjoy those new points. And no, you should only pay prorated 2004 dues from today on, no dues on the 2003 points.
