If you look easrlier in the thread not only are the details of what is known posted but so is a link to the Food Blog where the info came from. It is still unknown what the complete menu and prices will be.

Do you know around what page its on? We are up to 60 pages so far and it took me awhile already to go through the first 20 or so.

Just found it on page 53

You guys are making this way more difficult than it needs to be. Just google "be our guest menu". It comes right up. :thumbsup2

I've read that reservations will be available "after" November 19 and I've also read "starting" on November 19. I really wish I knew which were the case because we're checking out on November 20. I guess we'll find out on August 28 :thumbsup2

We are arriving o Thanksgiving day and hope to secure an ADR for the following Tuesday. I have one in place already but will change it in a heartbeat if possible!

Right- the grand opening is on the 6th of December; however, we also know the preview for the general public starts on Nov 19th and the Disney Parks blogs is specifically stating...

"We will begin accepting reservations for Be Our Guest Restaurant in late August for guests hoping to dine at the restaurant after Nov. 19. Keep watching the Disney Parks Blog for Pam Brandon’s post that will announce when these reservations will open."

So, with this...it sounds like ADRs will start on the 20th of Nov...even though the mass preview officially begins on the 19th. So that makes one wonder- Is BoG going to be walk ups only on the 19th? Is BoG going to be closed to the general public on the 19th? Is the "after" a poor choice of wording and ADRs will open for the 19th as well? Or something else?

My last day (and it's a partial day) is the 21st of November, so the early preview details are very important to my plan. ::yes::

I took the "opening for Holidays 2012" into consideration when I decided to book our first ever trip to see the Christmas Decorations, taking the key word "Holidys" to mean Thanksgiving which I think many consider to be the start of the Holiday Season. As the Previews are now stated to begin Nov 19 Disney's have covered that time period although I still see many guest may be upset especially those who took "Holidays" to include Halloween.

I am truly expecting there to be a No ADR - Walk Up period before BOG Officially opens on Dec 6, now whether that will happen before Nov 19 and ADRs will start on Nov 19 we have to wait and see. The end of August can not get here soon enough for me!

I was banking on something with our trip dates just b/c I used similar logic...i.e. Thanksgiving is the start of the holiday season. So, I figured that with Thanksgiving pricing starting at the Vals/Mods on 11/17 & deluxes on 11/19...something would coincide with these dates. I had a feeling Dec would be a better bet, but we went in Dec a couple years ago and Dec just wasn't going to work for us this yr. :(

I could speculate about the wording until I'm blue in the face :rolleyes1 - just going to have to try and be patient for a little bit longer and hope for the best. :goodvibes

Just read on Touring Plans WDW Chat, that you will be able to start making reservations for Be Our Guest by phone starting at noon Aug 20th and online reservations will be available Aug 22nd.

"Also this location will participate in the Tables in Wonderland program. It's one quick-service entitlement for lunch and one table-service for dinner.& credit card will be required for the hold when making resv."

"Guests will not be able to note a dining room preference at the resturant when making reservations, they can inquire at the podium when they check in. Lastly Lumiere will not be at the restaurant, he will instead be nearby assisting Belle with the telling of her story at Enchatned Tales with Belle."

As for the rooms lunch will only be served in the The Castle Gallery. And dinner will be served in the mysterious West Wing and The Ballroom.

No offense meant at all to anyone but I hope this is not true. I can't afford to wait on hold during a weekday and by the time I am off since I am on pst it may be too late for a December reservation!

In what time zone does it have to be noon? I've never paid attention before since I don't get up early to make ADRs. I would love to eat in the West Wing or Ballroom :goodvibes Thanks!

Looks like I'm taking Monday off from work.

We are in WDW the 10th - 17th of November... Any chance there will be a soft opening? How does that even work? They just open the restaurant and whoever is lucky enough to wander by can dine? LOL (OK, just typing that sounded lame, but I honestly have no idea. I have been to soft openings of rides and parades, etc. but never a restaurant!)

Is noon weirding out anyone else? As in, I will probably still wake up when lines open at 7 to check. If only it was 7 for me, and not 4. Ugh. Btw thanks for posting
