Just to be safe, I called back and added a CC number. Very nice lady added it in. She said that my confirmation number would stay exactly the same though, did anybody else not get a new number after adding their CC?

I did not receive a new confirmation number either so hopefully this all works out when we get there!

How will they email?!?! The automated system didn't ask for emails!

Made reservations this morning (after 2 hours on hold) via the automated system. Called back half an hour ago, and just spoke to a nice lady. I'm now on hold for her to get in contact with another CM to get the CC run through. She said there is an Email that is going to go out from Disney warning people.

She was like I'm so glad they got the Email out already.

I was like, "What Email? I read about this online!"

Edit: apparently 12/13 table for 2 is solid booked (she tried to rebook me first).

i got no email...this is definitely FUBAR and Disney needs to fix it or it's gonna be realll ugly come Nov/Dec...how many people do you think just went on to work this morning after getting their automated system confirmation number? a BUNCH.

I got my stuff all fixed but now I'm mad just on principle!

Gave the castmember 5 dates, one day we have a candlelight package.

Nothing at all for the 5 days we could go for Nov. 26-Dec lst

Glad we still have our LTT and Plaza dinners.

The CM told me to call back tomm. because maybe people are double booking for their party sizes? That does not sound right at all. I just hung up and didnt say anything to her, I was too sad.

Once you got through to the first CM to add your credit card... how long did the second hold take???

My original call took about 5 minutes using the automated system. It did not give me the option to add a cc#, so I had to call back. I got through dialing the 407-939-7675. After getting about 10 busy signals, it went through and I got someone immediately. She took down all my imformation and then connected me to someone who she said would make the change in the system for me. The whole call took 27 minutes from start to finish.

I did get a new confirmation number because she said they had to make a completely new reservation. The system automatically cancelled my original one. I just went online to confirm my new reservation was there and it was. The only thing that was changed was my confirmation #, same date and time as the original ADR. She did confirm that if there is no cc# attached to the reservation it would be cancelled tonight. I'm so thankful for the DISBOARD! If I hadn't read it on here, I would have been very sad.

that stinks... I am fortunate enough to have 4 nights in early jan to choose from so it would not be the top demanding time. here's some pixie dust. hopefully something will come up.

Same here--- I told the CM about cancelling automatically at midnite, and was told that the original ADR they I had (with a conf #) really didnt exist !!!

Had to cancel and re-book as well !!! What a mess !!!

I'm sorry you weren't able to get an ADR. I ALMOST tried to book twice for our trip but thought that really wouldn't be nice seeing as so many people are trying to book, too.

I am going to state my opinion here and I don't care what anybody thinks about it:

NO ONE who isn't disabled should be using the Disability line just because it's easier and people could be a little less selfish and a little more thoughtful.

I have been trying all morning...waited 38 minutes...nothing available...we tried for all 3 nights we are there...and I know it is the opening week (did you know they aren't taking reservations on opening night).

I got 6:30pm. I also did one for 2/1 at 6:45. We also want to do Wishes on one of our MK nights but I won't know which night until they release the dates.

I did FINALLY get though again to add my CC#. (Actually I had to make NEW ADRs and cancel the old ones.

ETA: I did make two ADRs but there were a lot of times available for both days.
