Saturdays is usually family time, like we go to Salem, or soon we'll be working together to rennovate our house to sell, and Sundays are pretty full with church and stuff. We are not worried the money she will need will come in. We lived for 10 years from generous giving of those who wanted to see good things happening in a developing area. This is the same thing, really, and her many years in Kaz. helped build her faith for things like this.

If she wants to go I hope she is able to. You are blessed to be associated with so many generous people. Would Bek be taking classes there or is it more of a mission?

I've done EVERY attraction in FW, and even stooped so low as to see Circle of Life Eco show. WS? Hmmm... another toughy. Since it's my favorite park, I spend most of my time there. Hmmm.... maybe finish my list of TS restaurants I haven't done yet?

LOL We have never seen Circle of Life and I am not rushing to get there either. WS... there is a lot I haven't seen there but it is hard bringing a little kid to see numerous shows. They only can take so much.

I believe the Cambodia trip involves teaching English, and perhaps working alongside one of our fellowship's community development workers who does agriculture projects.

One thing you should definitely try to catch for Ana is the Chinese acrobats! THey are truly amazing- breathtaking, even, if I may say so.

I think I'm with on on whaty to do in Epcot. I want to see Captain EO too. Notdying to see it, but I do want to. Back in Highschool, when Micheale was still black, I was a huge MJ fan. Over the years I grew to think he was nuts and weird, and no longer a fan of any music he put out either, but I still have that curiosity. I beleive he made it back when I was stil lhis fan. LOL! I reember my grandparents went and saw it and I was so jealous!

The Beverly sounds interesting too. I think it would be fun to just try it once.

Yeah, I have two kids so I know what you are saying--it is the Andy and Mark fund for my checking account. My smartie pants younger son changed the label on my "change jar" on my fridge from "Mom and Dad's Florida Fund" to "Markie's Beer Fund."

I really wanted to come in the Spring, but I think we'll have to wait until 2012 for two reasons: 1) Mark may go to Boston with Andy in May because the Cubs are playing the Red Sox and Andy really wants to do this and 2) has to do with next year's trip to Disney/Marco Island which will be a HUGE surprise...but won't be posted until the end of my TR.

This will be my final question to everyone in this series since we are not planning on touring Animal Kingdom. I will have another question coming up soon.

What ride/attraction in Epcot have you always wanted to ride/see but never had the chance?

I have a couple. First, we have never seen Captain EO (had to pick this with all the MJ talk on these boards over the last few days LOLOL). Second, I have never tried the Beverly either! I know I could never get Juliana to try it since the only 2 things she drinks are milk and water.... but maybe I could get a pic of Melody trying it. There is so much in Epcot that we haven't done but I guess that is the joy of Disney. So let me know what you have never done/seen in Epcot but would like to!!!

I guess the only thing I've not done at Epcot is Captain EO and I still ain't going to do it. Oh, and we still haven't seen Crush.

This past trip we spent some time in the Innovention building. (well we had a 4 year old with us this time)
We used our Disney Visa Card to get our free photo at the meet and greet- (the whole time we were in line we were whispering "minnie and Goofy" since they were the two we didnt meet yet. Our time came and we had to wait 5 minutes while some one was using the potty. (thats what the lady told us)
so we started whispering again "minnie and Goofy" and when it was our turn-- there they both were--

After our photo we saw the various stations so we stayed her for quite a few hours-- the first stop was about Fire Safety- a safety advisor was showing kids around the house and what to do- she had a ball "playing house" then we saw the Velcro place- didnt do the show but around that corner she was given a velcro frog and dressed it in any of the costumes. Again we spend some time here- Was very nice to get out of the heat and experience some "learning" fun. We never ventured into these places in the past since we always thought they took too much time.

There is a lot that I've never seen/done in Epcot - most of it is in the World Showcase (like the movies and performers). I really would love to see Off Kilter this coming trip.

As for attractions, the only one I haven't done at Epcot is Mission: Space. Not sure I want to or not. I tend to get motion sick. I might try the orange side though.

I have tried Beverly! Made the whole family and got some good pictures.

Melody told me that she got her Halloween outfit from Target at the end of last year.

Do you happen to have any pics of the inside of the autograph book? I noticed the two Mickey pumpkins on your table and absolutely loved them! Do you know if you can get them online?

Melody purchased the Mickey pumpkins about 10 years ago out of the Disney catalogue. I guess you would have to search ebay or something like that to find them.(we aren't selling ours! LOL) They are made of pottery and there is an opening in the back to put in a tea light.

I thought it was too-over-the-top, in your face, environmental agenda shoving. And the volume really was WAYYYYYYYYYYYY too loud! I actually remember covering my ears it was so loud- and I kept thinking to myself, 'these poor kids'! It's like they are thinking if we turn it up, everyone will get the message better??

Wow, Epcot is an easy one for me, except for the fact the list is waaaay too long! It just seems like our timing is always terrible when we are in WS, and we never catch any, or at least many, of the shows/street performers! We have seen the Chinese acrobats, and I agree they are Very, very good!!! We have also seen the drummers in Japan, which is also impressive. But we haven't seen the balancing waiter in France, the Off Kilter, Sergio in Italy, or even the woman who makes the candy. I don't know how many of those we will catch on our upcoming trip, since I will probably try to time it for all the different Santa's since we will be there just after Christmas. Hopefully when we go back next June I can get the schedule and work all the others in.

I agree. I think it is a little over the top, but I think there meaning is good. And considering what I've seen in two oceans, I can understand. But they definitely need to tone it down a tad.

We have never seen the characters at the Epcot meet & greet. There was always a long line there. Maybe this time we will stop in to say hi.

We walked through Innovations last time and it was pretty busy where we couldn't even get close to any of the exhibits. I am making it a point to stop in there in December.

See if you took "Adopted Aunt Kathy" you could have your 'adult' touring and Juliana and I could go do all the fun stuff.
