Where is the spider bite thread?

I think it was in the Theme Parks section. If you search with "spider bite Saratoga" as your keywords, it should pop up. BUT be warned - it has some pretty nasty, graphic pics And, it turns out it may not have even been a spider bite, but the damage was already done for me!

Sorry to highjack. Just loving your TR Miz Diz! Your kids are adorable! I have a DS3 and DS6. We've had the stroller pushing problem with DS3 when he was 2. Everytime he would catch me not pushing he would have a fit. It was only on one day, not the whole trip. I think he just needed some control over his world.

Where is the character boat???

It's the boat in post 125. That isn't a very good picture, but it has all the characters on it. I don't know if it goes through on a schedule. I heard it is used for switching the characters out. I have seen it when going over the bridge as you enter or leave Dinoland. Flametree has seating by the water - you can see Expedition Everest here and the boat goes by there.

Sorry to highjack. Just loving your TR Miz Diz! Your kids are adorable! I have a DS3 and DS6. We've had the stroller pushing problem with DS3 when he was 2. Everytime he would catch me not pushing he would have a fit. It was only on one day, not the whole trip. I think he just needed some control over his world.

Thank goodness she only did this one day, too! She has some mood swings. Mr Diz would say she is just like her mother. She can be so sweet, then so evil! I am going to have to start wearing a padded bra because her latest thing is pinching my nipples. I tell her that hurts mommy and she laughs.

We had ADR at Grand Floridian cafe, but we decided to skip it because we were too tired. Girl and I really needed that little nap. We planned on meeting Sorul82 at 7:00 at the Laugh Floor.

We got on the bus to go to MK. I'm sitting there. The bus isn't too crowded, but there are several people on it. Mr Diz tells me I need to cover up real fast. I look down and Girl has my shirt and bra pulled down. Yes People, I am flashing the bus. I guess for some people, that was the most exciting ride at Disney.

We met S'Late (The Loud Family) and TEMinnie and family. These are 2 very lovely ladies. I really enjoyed meeting them.

When we walked up, I saw Sirius's green lanyard, so I tapped him on the should and gave him the "watching you' look. We got the crocs together for a group photo.

My first impression of Flora - she is darling and I love that fashionable collar she wears. Freddie needs something like that.

My first impression of Fritzi - He's a teeny thing. How cute!

Freddie is huge compared to these two.

I didn't think S'Late's family was so loud. Her kids are adorable. Hamster would have liked to spend more time with them. After we left them, he kept asking, "What were those boys names again?"

TEMinnie also has adorable kids. Her teenager looked like she was embarrassed by all of us Diser's and she kind of held back from all of us. Her youngest was really into it, though.

Before going into Laugh Floor, we took a group photo. I'm not going to post it here because I haven't asked the other Diser's permission. It is a cute photo with 3 hot moms (yes, I am including myself here),4 incredible kids, and 3 crazy crocs, all pointing two fingers towards our eyes. (well except for the crocs)

We went into the Laugh Floor. It was funnier this time than two days ago. It was also more fun because we were with some fun Disers. Sirius (S'Lates DH) was "that guy" in the show. They kept bringing him up on the tv screen. Too funny! Mr Diz wanted to be "that guy." Flora is now famous because she got on the tv screen, too.

After the show, we all said our goodbyes. I loved meeting Sorul82 and TEMinnie and their families. It added a lot to my trip.

I guess for some people, that was the most exciting ride at Disney.

I hope you post the group photo as S'late's a bit shy at posting her photo on her TR and I need to know how to recognise her in August Freddie sure is big I may need to ask S'late to reshuffle the crocs a bit as my DH might go a little bit mad especially as he carries the bag

We rode POTC, BTMRR, and Haunted Mansion. CM at HM said that when HM closes for refurbishment it is going to be a major refurb. They are supposed to reopen Sept 8. CM said lots of people are going to be mad because they are such followers of HM, but he believes it will be even better. They are making the villain a female and it will be in line with HM Disneyland. The Hitch-hiking ghosts will remain.

We missed the first Spectro Magic. We were eating at Columbia Harbour house. We had not eaten here in a couple of years. I used to love getting their Vegetarian Chili bowl. This time I had a sandwhich that was really good and huge. Mr Diz and I could have shared it.

Mr Diz took Hamster on Splash Mountain. It was about 11:30. I walked over watched SpectroMagic. Girl was asleep in her stroller. This is the first time I could say I wish she was awake. Or, I wish we would have caught the earlier parade. This is my most favorite parade!

We headed out at about 12:30. The park was getting empty, but Hamster and Freddie were getting tired and we were leaving at 9:00 in the morning.
Before we left, we had to stop for one last Dole Whip Float. Hamster and Freddie fell asleep at the table.

Have you seen the Hidden Tink at BTMRR? I had heard about it, but never seen it. Very hard to find, but look to your left as you exit the ride. It's on the wall. Here is a photo of it.

If you see this CM, please give him the "watching you" signal. I told him if he saw any green lanyards like mine, to do it. He gets on the dis, but not that often and he did not know anything about Team Focker Watch, but he does now. Mr Diz informed him his photo would be posted on the diz. Miz Diz takes absolutely no responsibility if his photo appears on any unsavory websites!

We got up and left at 9:00 AM - our planned time. I left Freddie at the front desk for Taekwondo mom.

Our ride home was pretty much the same as our ride there. Thankfully the kids were tired from the night before, so they slept a little more. Girl continued asking for "Ba, Ba Ba"

And that my friends, was our trip of a million screams! I hope you all enjoyed it and thank you for reading my first TR.

Now I have to go read the spider thread and start planning my Sept trip!

OKW Likes:
Property is very pretty and lush.
Rooms are large
We liked the pool and slide
Olivia's was good. But not great and we thought a little overpriced for the ambiance and food - just our opinion. Others may disagree.

OKW Dislikes:
Buses took forever due to # of stops and layout of the property. We started departing at the first stop and walked to our room - it was much quicker than waiting for stop #4
No drink station for refillable mugs. You can buy the refillable mugs, but you have to get in line at Goods to get it refilled - can't do it yourself. Goods is right at the pool, though.
Counter Service stinks. Not open late like the food courts and limited choices. We didn't even think they offered breakfast, but now I see a menu posted on allears - breakfast is also a limited selection.
No elevators, except in 3 bldgs. Thankfully we were on the first floor, but it would have been difficult dragging our 2 kids, stroller and bags up stairs. Girl can not help with the luggage and Hamster gives limited help.

I'm glad you made it in one piece and with Freddy intact!
We have 2DDs 6 and 4, they are constantly going at it. I swear they are a tag team, they like to play the "good DD - Bad DD" game. So we can relate. You are not alone, my DDs definitely have their "must hear" road songs - I can hear Ba, Ba, Ba, in my ears right now - over and over.
I wish my DH had the sense of humor yours has, but he is similar in several respects. He's always telling me how silly it is that I am a Diser. I can't wait to go back to WDW, wear lime green and give "The Focker"! He will just die of embarrasment.
I'm glad you got a Dream Fastpass after that "little stalking" affair. We never get tired of reading about the CMs spreading the Magic and making people's days and trips.
I have to tell you if you went on SM, EE, RnR and loved it, Splash Mountain will seem like a drift down the stream. Splash is actually a very entertaining ride with some dips and a drop.
