First -- woo hoo!!! for DLR. I can't wait to see your pics and hear how you like it.

I laugh, too, at your non-planning. I just can't not-plan either.

Yes, you should get an autograph book -- it'll be fun and it's also a great thing to look through if you put a small picture of the character and you in the book too!

90 min and then you are kicked out of character meals? Too funny. Most times we are out in an hour but I remember one time at Hollywood and Vine, one character never came over to us (JoJo), so I told the waitres we are staying until she comes over. I kind of thought she'd get JoJo to come over really quick ... nope, it was about 20 minutes later. But since it was buffet, we just kept going back for more food! We were probably there for almost 2 hours but Rachel was enjoying all the dancing with the characters -- it was fun!

I think I am going to get an autograph book and I am going to get my picture taken with every character I can. Stephanie showed Jason the picture of Scotty with Woody and Jessie so now Scotty is darn near hero status. I know he would love it. And honestly so will I.

We have never over stayed the 90 minutes I think but then you never know. I think you certainly pay a good price to stay in there. We have decided we don't need to do any character meals.

I actually have controlled my urges to plan anymore than I already have.

Thanks, we are really excited, we are just a few days over three weeks. I was thinking last night it might be time to start lists. I had never thought about going with a friend until last year, I took a chance and asked D if maybe she would like to take a trip with me. I have heard that February is a good time to go. Yeah I have gotten a bit planny for not being a planning trip haven't I? I think that it is an addiction.

I figured you might. It is the original hotel, the other two were added years later. It isn't as prestigious as the Grand Californian but it is my favorite.

And it is very nostalgic. This is the Grand Californian. It is more grown up I think. This in the third hotel. The Paradise Pier. It is more "California" and is beachy.

I wasn't a huge fan of the GCH but lemme tell you, the GCV are amazing. I could have lived in our 2 bedroom.

I don't know if any of you have read the Dis-Unplugged Blog, I have never had before tonight. This is something I am fixing right now. I have read a few. I am so going here now!! I am very glad that we are doing the Bbq now.

The GCH is like WDW Wilderness Lodge. It is gorgeous and if I were to stay there, would love to do it during Christmas Season. Ours is gorgeous during the holidays and am sure this one would be as well

I know. I think I will call on Monday when it is three weeks exactly. I cannot help but wonder if they are waiting to see the popularity. I sure hope they have it on President's day so I can see it. I so want to the Mardi Gras done Disney style.
