I'd FP+ Test Track. Depending when you are going Soarin may be closed for the 3 mo refurb and even with a predicted level 2 crowd it's going to be a very long standby line. Also a previous poster mentioned about FP+ for Illuminations later in the evening. Don't, esp with a level 2 crowd there are plenty of really great places to view that around the lagoon.
