Lewski709, I appear to be stalking you as well. Most insurance companies are crooks. I had some people at Primerica explain the way insurance works. It seems that this company got it's start by offering a quality product at a reasonable price. (OK, that is what they told me) Seriously, they explained what a bad deal my current insurance is. They can alsohelp with a lot of estate planning. Just to let you know, my BDIL is licensed and used to work for them. He told me horror stories of what some other insurance companies did. I would at least call them...As far as internet insurance companies, I would be wary...JMHO. I already told you my thoughts about needing a lawyer; whether you think you do or not, you probably do.

Who to leave the kids to...Who is their godfather/godmother?
I would make a list of all of your friends and family. Take a look at each one and make a decision. For example, Dan Murphy would probably be the best parent, but they would have to move and change schools.

O.K. guys. By the time my speedy fingers type out this post there will probably be about 5 more pages for me to read. That's gotta be one of my quirks, reading everything. (I'm always feeling like I'm gonna miss out on some witty reparte) Another quirk is my obsessive need to make sure things are spelled correctly when I type. (My mom started out as a secretary and taught me how to type really young.) I can't post without checking my spelling and typing. j

Ok, I am gonna geta lawyer. However, I did just buy internet term life insurance for DH. Now I'm scared!
As far as the kids, we've done the list and have NO ONE. Really. I could tell you stories, you wouldn't beleive about the family. My parents are 65, they can't be taking in kids or that would be "our" choice.

If we wait until Lunch, we won't be able to spend much time with you guys since we will have the babies with us & they require afternoon naps. So, we were wondering if you may want to get together for breakfast so we could visit over breakfast, then hit a park. What to you guys think?

yes, I have seen that episode a few times. it's funny, but I wouldn't hesitate to leave the kids with Robert, in that situation. I don't have a Robert in my family or DH's, no one even close. It was a huge problem choosing Godparents. Let me tell you how bad, we called the rectory to see if they had anyone who would want the job, church strangers. I know, odd, but really....the pickens are so slim and ugly.

Sounds good to me. I'm usually not much of a breakfast person, but when at Disney it's a must. So where are we going to sit and chow???
