The Swan: Does anyone else find this concept repugnant?

Disgusting............from what the commercial looked like, the women didn't look THAT bad........they must be really insecure to want to participate in something like this. Hope it gets cancelled, cause no one watches.

I first saw this commercial a few weeks ago. I was totally repulsed by the idea. What do all these plastic surgery makeover shows say to our children? We spend years telling them that beauty is on the inside, then reality TV producers try to get ratings by telling them just the opposite. It makes me sick.
