I knew that is what VMK_Runo was talking about, but after he left last night I could not resist the temptation to ask for a double!! Sorry surferrat!

Oh, and my bar serves Frozen Princess Drinks and I say that in the room description.

VMK does offer bottles to buy, wonder what they think is in them? Maybe I should ask Yavn what is in the brown pirate bottles.

Edited to add: I think VMK staff should be more specific with their warning other than saying, "You should be more careful with your topics" Why not say, "Please stop giving your drink orders, it is not a topic for VMK"

The room warning I saw was actually helpfully specific -- something along the lines of that VMK is a kid's game and they did not want big kid's drinks. They even sort of apologized for the room warning, a "I didn't want to send the room warning, but..."

Ah well, understandable. This is more reasonable than many other ridiculous warnings and bans.

Oh did you disappear before it came up? yes it was a room warning, and it was apologetic in nature. But the warning was valid. It was fun while it lasted, but I agree, not really appropriate for a kids game.

We'll just have to drink sodas instead. It was never the drinks that brought people to the Surf! It was the people. I'll be there tonight to have the best time as usual.

Oh and Surferrat, make that a double Diet Coke with a piece of lime, lots of ice and a straw!

I am not mad at all because I truly understand and I would not want to hand a kid a beer...

I tried to be specific and remember who drank what and any guest came in I usually avoided handing them a drink at all...so it will be fine!!!!

As will I, drinking whatever soft drink will hit the spot at the moment. We should probably call it a soda fountain now. Soda, icecream, floats, and slurpees served.

Can you say "soda" in VMK? We might have to create some throw away characters just to get names of sodas. Sasparilla anyone?
