Hey Goofs,
Still running, just struggling a lot with my motivation. I have no fall races planned at the moment (not really wanting to do the long runs for a marathon in the summer heat), so I am doing pretty low mileage for the week. Streak continues, and I did four days of barefoot running last week, and have had a couple very nice tempo runs, but I just can't shake the feeling that I have been slacking instead of actually training.
Good to hear that other people are taking up the slack! Keep those feet moving, and keep on running!

and say that I am doing the Chicago Muddy Buddy this weekend to make up for the one I missed in Orlando in May due to being in the infirmary.
I understand the motivation thing. I've lost all motivation for following a tri training plan. But I've decided not to beat myself up. Hope you guys find the spark soon.
